The Best ROG Ally M.2 90* 2280 Adapter
Sukoo has many color options for this adapter Black, Blue, Red, Purple with their newer drive holder (reverse screw), which doesn't allow you to screw down the drive, but instead slot your drive into the groove that holds it in place. The flat Philips head screw is on the bottom of the drive, and it holds the gold metal m.2 drive holder thing, which the m.2 drive slides into its groove to hold it in place. This is a great design that avoids contact with the battery connector of the motherboard.I saw the Green just now and notice that it does in fact use the old type of holder for the drive. I honestly wouldn't bother with the Green one and go with the other options they have depending on your color preference. No M.2 Drive Bending. Once I installed it and attached the screw point to the Suckoo adapter, it straightened out to the point where the drive and adapter is kind of floating for perfect leveling. The drive actually forced the adapter to be perfectly flat when the U part of the drive aligned with the groove of the adapter mounting point. The suckoo adapter doesn't allow the drive to be screwed down, but actually for the drive to be held in place in the groove of the gold metal thing. See attached photo for reference. With M.2 2280 with built in heatsink installed max temps are fantastic.- Plugged In 30 Watt Turbo, CrystalDiskMark Read - 59*C Max- Plugged In 30 Watt Turbo, CrystalDiskMark Write - 66*C Max- Unplugged 10 Watt Silent, 3DMark Storage Benchmark - 46*C Max- Plugged In 30 Watt Turbo, 3DMark Storage Benchmark - 56*C

Easy to install and works as intended
This adapter saves you money by being able to install 2280 m.2 units instead of 2230 m.2 which are more expensive and difficult to find. It is even red color, like the original motherboard of the Asus ROG Ally. Very easy to install and worked flawlessly so far. Very happy here!!!

It works... it's a tight fit.. but it works
I used EaseUs.com disk cloning software (costs $29/yr) and it cloned my existing ROG Ally in place from a 1TB internal drive with an enclosure in 1 hour. I unplugged the battery connector from the battery there and let it discharge for a bit. Since the board came late today, it had plenty of time to discharge the capacitors (usually they say hit the power buttons and stuff with that unplugged for about a minute or so to do this too)It's a tight fit and I screwed the board with a very flat screw... and then got my 2280 4TB board on this to get that tight.... before I put it down, I put a piece of tape under the screw on the extension arm to avoid any concerns or issues with that.... the board got put in and it took a few seconds to post... but it did make it in. For best results set the destination drive as GPT before using EaseUs and decrypt the local drive (if encrypted).... but it worked.... Now I have 4TB on my game unit and I really wished they set up this unit to take 2280 natively.....The only complaint I have is that the unit comes in an anti-static sleeve but not rigid packaging. It came slightly bent but not broken.... it is weird that there's no cardboard or something to protect it.... it really should have that... but it arrived safely.... so that's a good thing. Definitely worth the $14 I paid for it.

Works well, bad packaging, ordered twice.
The packaging on this is open sided and not sealed. The first time I ordered it, it only had the packaging with the barcode sticker and no product. Of course I returned it and ordered another, and it works great. But I still got charged for the first return because it did not contain the product that I never received the first time.Great product, bad seller.

ROG Ally Extreme
For those of you looking. I got this for my ROG Ally Extreme, paired with a Crucial P3 Plus 2TB m.2 2280.This works flawless. Very easy install, and there was no need to modify the casing at all.
