I purchased this Jigsaw to install a cat door, along with a power drill from the same company. The make and build of both these power tools is quite impressive, especially the Jigsaw.I am attaching a photo of the installed cat door along with the perfectly carved out piece of the door. Even the rounded edges went smoothly with this Jigsaw. I was obviously a bit apprehensive but went ahead, holding the saw firmly on the door's surface and it did the job superbly. Makes you feel you are a pro :)The power drill is also worth your money, but the provided bits aren't that good, which is something I expected after reading some of the helpful reviews here. I was able to drill through my door (about 1.5 inch) with difficulty, and despite starting with a smaller bit, had to make the hole manually with my screw driver. I also had to make another hole on the much thicker door frame to thread a cable, but these bits weren't sufficient. That said, it's not for the lack of capacity of the drill itself. It's a keeper. I purchased a trishul bit for 40 bucks and ordered another auger bit, and both drilled through without issues.All in all, I am not a professional, but even those will find these tools enviable! I am hoping these will last long, given my usage will be occasional at best.

The machine is working well .. it is worth of money . It works beautiful with the copect size .

I used it for DIY. Cut teak wood and 19mm top quality plywood. It did the job well. I used Bosch blades not the ones provided by the company.Speed adjustable. Can tilt the angle. The only problem was sucking of dust. It doesn't pull dust back.

Very useful home tool for DIY. Quality is excellent. I used it to make a wooden item. Makes job easy and fast. Proper Safety precautions required for its operation.

I have received it just today, and this is a review after the initial impression and just one test usage. Saw is good and powerful, however the cost saving is evident at various places.The blade does not sit perfectly perpendicular with the blade holder. I don’t know if this is because of the specific blade, (since it is high speed blade – meant to cut wood at high speed) or if it a manufacturing defect. I saw some videos of this jig saw online and concluded that it meant to be that way.I was also not able to change the bevel level at first. Even after moving the bevel change lever up. After some trial and error, I was able to change the level after pushing the base plate slightly forward. The base plate moves by a couple of milometers and that allows the base to rotate. Again, I don’t know if that’s by design or that’s a defect.Now, the cut. I cut a small piece of scrap plywood with the provided T shank high speed blade. I cut a part of it with pendulum action set to zero and speed set to 2, it was slow but I got a fairly smooth cut. Then I switched to pendulum action 3 and it tore through the plywood like knife cuts through butter! It’s a powerful saw and the first time I cut it, I lifted the saw a few times during the cut. If you press it down on the wood, it moves smoothly.The quality is cheap. Plastic separates where you insert the vacuum cleaner attachment.Like any power tool, it will take practice to get used to it. It took me a few tries to even start using a drill properly.Overall, despite a few limitations I think it is a good overall package. The saw is powerful and comes with a hard plastic box, extra blades and vacuum cleaner attachment. For DIY and occasional use it’s a good deal.

First let me tell you the negative aspects of product received.The received item is used or returned, there was saw dust on it, the beveling shoe had a bend on it which could have been resulted from improper handling and poor packaging. The instruction manual plastic cover was opened already. The beveling shoe angle selector was not working as the metal part which fits in to the notch of the shoe was damaged. The KS700PE does not support the popular t-shack blades, it uses the old u-shack blade, that means you have to use a screw-driver to change the blades and the u-shack blades are not much popular, so the availability of a particular type of blade could be a problem. There is no rotary switch for speed selection it is controlled by the trigger itself, that is not a problem for my use buy I just mentioned it if someone wants to know.Now let me tell you why I am not returning this item.I needed the jigsaw to do some emergency works, so I used it. It felt unethical to return it after using it even though I received it used. The jigsaw possess adequate power for my needs. The pendulum mechanism works good. The ergonomics is good. It doesn't seem much expensive for 2500

Good for cutting MDF sheets but blade is not that sharp have to buy accessories,
