This phone is brilliant, he loves it. Very easy to use for him. A no nonsense phone that work exceptionally well. Didn’t take him long to find himself around it. Far too complicated for older, or disabled, people. I bought it to replace its older "twin", expecting it to be The Same, given that it looks identical. Hours later, it still can't find the numbers stored on the sim card, and I can't find the bit where I can add contacts. My first phone was a brand-new Nokia 3330, which was decades ago, so I'm genuinely good with phones, normally. HELP?!?

Purchased this phone for my husband. He loves this phone as it's easy to use with it's big buttons and clear screen. Having the sos button on it gives him confidence if anything happens he can just press and he's connected right away to a family member. The phone is compact enough for his pocket. Great wee phone. Holds it's charge really well.

Not as easy as it sounds. Confusing instructions and takes ages to send a simple text having to constantly press buttons to change text/symbols etc.

Perfect for my elderly mother who now struggles with complex smart phones. It is good looking, compact and value for money. Would recommend.
