Seems to help reduce the number of bugs that were coming into the apartment and especially in the kitchen area. I did also buy a plant based, nontoxic spray option which has sided with the bug problem to kill them. It is cool because it glows blue when you plug them in so it’s sort of a small light in the dark too. I love that this is nontoxic, quick to install and easy to install as just plugging one into an outlet right out of the box. They are snack and fit easily into any outlet in the home. Great price for 6 for $20.

I know I just received these, but once I plugged them in, I only saw one ant and the next thing I knew, it was gone! Two days before receiving these, I had what I believe to be carpenter ants come from out of nowhere. They were all over my counter and stove, and needless to say, I my counters were not messy. There were no crumbs or anything that should have attracted them to my kitchen. I did stop the day before and purchased some liquid ant bait. They didn't seem to want anything to do with that. So, I got on Amazon and looked for indoor ant repellants and these came up. Ordered instantly due to the fact you get six for less than $15!!! They have a nice, light blue light that generates just enough lighting to see when you walk into my kitchen. I plugged in all six between my kitchen and dining room (I live in an apartment). So far, working great. Didn't see one ant this morning!!! Hopefully they keep working.

I have seen literal flies and mosquitos land on them while plugged in. Thank god my place didn't have roaches to begin with or else I would have been double pissed. I waited 2 months to write this review because I said I wanted to give it time to kick in, I am clearly dumb as it shouldn't take so long for something that is plugged in every single day, hour, minute to do it's only job. Do not waste your money buying these, just keep your place clean and put mosquito meshes on your windows and doors.

I sought out a pest plug- in that would deter creatures from my home. We don’t have many issues, but Mickey likes to make an appearance every once in a while from the garage to the mudroom. Where we live, it happens, and it tends to get worse in the winter.I’m a big fan of peppermint oil but we do have dogs so I don’t want to harm them. I’ve never really believed that plug-ins could work the way they advertise, but I figured if I was going to get them they should be cute. These ones fit the bill perfectly!They shipped incredibly quickly, and I plugged all of them in immediately around my home. Once plugged in, they light up blue, and they don’t make a sound. There has been no effect on my dogs, and we have not had any issues with scurrying creatures ever since. Don’t know what they do, don’t know how they do it, but if you’re in the market… just grab them. You won’t be disappointed.

I haven't had them long, but they seem to be working! They seem to have wiped out the majority of gnats/fruit flies, and I'm sure the others are not long for this world! So thankful for them: the price was right, 6 in the box, and all I did was plug them in!

With these and now glue / snap traps we have been able yo get these pesky pest. They seem to already be annoyed by the frequency these repellents put out.

Doesn’t seem to do much to repel critters

Here in the mid-west we're always plagued with rodents and mosquitoes. These rodent/pest deterrents have proven themselves to be very effective. The blue nightlight is a very nice addition too. Started with the 6 pack and will purchase more in the near future. Great product.
