Total War is perfect for Middle Stims!
Recon1 is typically my go to! Total war is great! Not too much jitter or overall intensity. A lot of of the time I’m able to do a half scoop and my outcome of workout is great. The flavor mixes great with water and for the price the size is unbeatable.

Great pre workout powder But…
This pre workout is great, you definitely feel a kick after you drink it. The flavor is ok, it’s not the best nor is it the worst. The only real issue I’ve had, is that it seems they put the scoop in the container first, and buried it in the powder. So trying to fish out the scoop you end up spilling powder everywhere, and end up having to use another scoop or spoon to get your powder until you can excavate the scoop 🤦🏻

Do not buy from 'LSA ONLINE DEALS!' if you want clumpy preworkout powder.
I recently purchased the REDCON1 Total War Pre Workout from LSA ONLINE DEALS! on Amazon, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. As someone who regularly uses pre-workout supplements, I was eager to try this highly recommended product. However, the moment I opened the container, I realized something was terribly wrong. The powder inside was clumpy and had an odd texture, suggesting it had been exposed to moisture. This immediately raised concerns about the product's quality and safety. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as I opened the lid. The fumes were overpowering and filled the room, making me question whether this product was even safe to consume.Despite my reservations, I attempted to mix the powder, but it didn't dissolve properly. The clumps remained, leaving me with a gritty and unpalatable drink. This was unlike any other pre-workout I've used before, and it was clear that something was seriously wrong with this batch.Hoping to resolve the issue, I contacted LSA ONLINE DEALS! to express my concerns and request a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with silence. The seller has ignored my messages, showing a complete lack of customer service and responsibility. This experience has not only left me disappointed with LSA ONLINE DEALS! but has also tarnished my perception of REDCON1 products. It's frustrating to see a reputable brand's image being damaged by a careless seller who clearly has no regard for quality control or customer satisfaction.I urge Amazon to take a close look at LSA ONLINE DEALS! and hold them accountable for the substandard products they are selling. Allowing sellers like this to operate on your platform not only harms customers but also discredits reputable brands. No one should have to deal with such a poor quality product and terrible customer service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend purchasing from LSA ONLINE DEALS! based on my experience. The clumpy, foul-smelling pre-workout I received was unusable and the seller's refusal to address the issue was unacceptable. I hope Amazon takes swift action to prevent other customers from enduring similar experiences.

Amazing pump. Good price (on sale)
Taste isn't the greatest (my fault for getting sour gummy bear) but the pump was amazing. Definitely worth it for the price (bought on sale for less than $1 per scoop). I liked it so much I'm also going to buy the zero stim version.

Great energy and focus but came clumpy and bad crash.
Total War Pre-Workout ReviewI recently tried Total War Pre-Workout, and while it had some great qualities, there were a few downsides that stood out during my experience.Pros:• Energy & Focus: The energy boost was impressive. Within 15-20 minutes of taking it, I felt a significant surge in energy and sharp focus that helped me push through tough workouts. On the days where I needed an extra push, Total War delivered.• Endurance: My stamina during cardio and strength training improved, making it easier to power through longer sessions without fatigue setting in too quickly.Cons:• Post-Workout Crash: Despite the great initial energy, I experienced a noticeable crash after some of my workouts. While this didn’t happen every time, on certain days I felt drained after the session, which wasn’t ideal.• Clumping Issues: The product arrived with a disappointing texture. The powder inside the bottle was clumpy, with about half of it stuck together, making it difficult to scoop. I had to break it apart, and the mixing was uneven on some days because of this.Final Thoughts:Total War certainly delivers on its promise of energy, focus, and endurance, but the inconsistency in how it felt post-workout and the clumping in the container were frustrating. If they can improve the quality control to prevent the clumping issue and fine-tune the formula to reduce the post-workout crash, it would be a much better product. Despite these drawbacks, it’s still a solid choice if you’re looking for a strong pre-workout boost, but be prepared for a few potential hiccups.
