I use total sweet granules for baking cakes. It works a treat.

There is no flavour.
As a diabetic I will say that this product has has been good for me. There is no flavour; and that is what I want because I want the sweetness; not a tangy after taste like some of the other products that I have tried. I only gave this product the four stars because of the price, because I find that all of these products are way over priced; but what choice have we got?
