Works Great on Calcium Deposits
I had a significant build up from hard water on the inside of my APAP water tank, especially on the metal parts. I poured about 2 ounces in the tank and immediately saw the crusty deposits coming off. I added some hot water and let it soak about 30 minutes. No scrubbing and the tank looks like new. Highly recommended!

It’s Ok
It cleaned my reservoir, but did. It descale as it was advertised to do. In hindsight, I wound first descale with vinegar then wash with this solution

The IMPRESA CPAP Soap & Descaling Solution comes in two 8oz plastic bottles with a child safety cap.Direction is to dilute 1-2 oz into a gallon of warm water and soak for 10 minutes, then rinse and dry. It is a clear unscented liquid.However, there is no listed ingredient on the bottle or the seller's webpage, and there is a warning that it "may cause skin and eye irritation".So need to handle with care, and rinse thoroughly after soaking.

Ease of use
My husband likes this cleaner for its ease of use. He wasn't cleaning his equipment regularly prior to my purchase of this product, so it must work well! I appreciate that it makes him take better quality of his CPAP machine. The bottles are decently sized, and they have lasted a lot time. I will order this product again when he's close to running out.

This works well for keeping cpap hose/machine in good conditionI like you can use with or without a cpap cleaning machine.Simply mix 1oz with gallon of water and let your plastic parts soak for about 10 -15 minThen rinse well with clean water and good to go.I use distilled for rinsing because our water is just ugh.Overall very pleased with this cleaning solution.
