My first choice in insect repellent
I love this dry version of OFF! I use it for mosquitoes, biting flies and chicken mites mainly. When I wear it, I don’t get bit. If I don’t wear it, I do get bit. It’s the only insect repellent that works for me and doesn’t bother my nose or feel sticky and stays on all day. I would hate summer without this product. I accidentally ordered the regular version, (not the dry version) at the beginning of the summer and had to use it until my order of this stuff arrived. Ug. The regular stuff burns my nose and feels sticky, (though it works). I hope OFF! Never stops making this version and hope Amazon keeps selling it. It’s a better price and this item is hard to find in the store as it’s either out of stock or twice the price. This is a good deal and goes a long way!

Used for gardening because I live in Louisiana where the skeets are as big as large roaches...

Daddy's Cologne!
The insect repellent is supposed to be dry and non-greasy, but if you spray too much, you'll feel as slippery as a greased pig at a county fair. It does keep the bugs away, though! We jokingly call it "daddy's cologne" because it's all he wears in the summer, and without it, the critters throw a party on him. 🦟😆

Tried others, This Works!
I've not had a Summer bite fest like this for several years, but this Summer every biting insect in the high desert, from mosquitoes to No See 'ems, wants my blood! Tried some different things, including large doses of Vit. B1, which usually works, but finally went back to "Deep Woods Off." The fact that I'm 50+ miles from a forest makes no difference. Without this stuff I'd need a transfusion before much longer.

Feels dry
It does feel dry on your skin and it does work but these blasted "tiger mosquitoes" bite thru your clothes, so spray that, too. Very strong smell as you're spraying it on so best hold your breath and do it outside. Not a bad smell but strong.
