Cool flying machine
Fun for everyone that's over 8yrs old. Easy to assemble, looks great, easy to USB charge, nice to have 2 batteries. Takes a lil practice to enjoy the full functionality. Size is great and look awesome flying in open areas. It's new, so durability is still tbd.

Kids will love it no matter what
This helicopter was well liked by the kids. They are not concerned with how well it flies, just so long as it flies. They have been rough with it, it has crashed several times, and it has not fallen apart yet. The controller is just okay, there seems to be a little bit of a lag between the controller and the helicopter. Maybe once they get a better grasp on how to operate it, it will work a little better. For now, I am just going to say that it is ok.

This helicopter was not what we expected
This helicopter was missing parts and really never flew well. I thought it was going to be a lot of fun but that did not happen. It was missing a couple of vital parts so the helicopter never flew right. The fins are flimsy and it will not control right. Not worth the money.

Hitish RC Helicopter - A Whirlwind of Fun!
I got this for my nephew who is turning 14. Once he caught a glimpse of what the box had on it he couldn't open the paper fast enough! He was SO excited to find this RC Helicopter! He was saying something about 2.4G. I was thinking it was a nice red color - we are SO not on the same wavelength! He also was super excited about all the LED lights. I guess he and his friends like to fly them in the night! He started to explain to me why this was a great model. How the gyro stabilizer would keep it steady, even when he was just learning to use the joystick. He had it plugged in moments later and made himself set a timer to be certain the battery got good and charged up before wanting to test it out completely. It came with some charge in the battery already, so it only took about 30 minutes for the battery to be fully charge. The chopper comes with two batteries. Each takes approximately8- minutes to charge fully. However, you can really only count on about 15 minutes of fly time out of each battery. This is a bummer and I have already been asked to buy lts more batteries. - Minus one star. When he got it up and running it was fun to watch. Up - Down - side to side....flip. It didn't take him very long to have a complete master over the controls. I am not certain if it is because he is talented at it, or if it is an easy controller, he hasn't put it down long enough yet for me to try it out myself. LOL! As long as there is battery power, that thing is darting everywhere, between furniture, above appliances, and under tables. He did have the habit of running it into the bookshelf a few times, but as I tend to also run into that bookshelf at least twice a day, it is a possibility it is the placement of the bookshelf that is the problem - which I have been trying to convince my husband to move since the day he put it there. It scared me to death the first few times, but quickly became just another part of a busy households noises. The littlest people in the house are always asking him to play with it and show them the flips. I admit, a 360° flip looks kinda magic and always has the effect of eliciting laughter and giggles—the thrill of defying gravity, if only for a moment. As the battery nears its end, he lands the chopper gently. The LED lights return to dim then off and everyone is suddenly quiet and still as what is left of the magic would dim, and the room would return forward.“Thanks Gramma! This is the best birthday present EVER!" he says to me with his good night hugs before heading home... everything packaged all up. And in that moment, I knew two things for certain. A perfectly content 14 year old man-child was exceedingly happy,We had a great time with this, but I would have said it is ok to give it to a child as young at 10 or 11 even, depending on their eye hand coordination. The price is great for what you get and drone toys are everywhere now. I totally recommend you keep all the parts to any old drones you have or one you are intending to toss, because a lot of these parts are interchangeable. As I mentioned, I give a 4 star rating only because of the battery life issues.

Cheap and Bad Controls
I ordered this because I thought it'd be fun to fly around. It was actually quite disappointing. I tried multiple times in calm weather (it doesn't work hardly at all in the wind) and it wouldn't respond properly to the controls. It would drift to one side and start getting out of range, and then you're not able to bring it back. It flies sideways more than anything else. The forward and backward movements are pretty much not functional. I even let my brother try it, and he's flown other drones, and he said this one is a piece of junk.

Good entry-level pick
Overall a pretty good pick for the <$30 range. Pretty basic and flies well - a nice and relatively cheap entry-model for kids to learn on.pros:pretty stable flying - couldn't get it to stay in place perfectly, but not hard to control in tight spacesleds and colors help you orient the drone at nightplenty of crashes so far, and everything's still functional - this seems to rely on falling apart/disassembling itself to avoid breakagecons:remote feels pretty cheapnot much protection around the bladeshaving to re-sync when you power up can be annoying

My Boys are Obsessed!
My older boys (9 & 13) love this helicopter! I will say that they (like most other boys their age) ripped into the packaging and attempted to start the drone without much direction. Based on how much the drone can do, it really would have been helpful for them to read all the directions. When we finally did get to the directions, they were helpful (although not always straight forward) and they were easily able to figure how to navigate the helicopter. It definitely takes some practice, but they've enjoyed playing with it thus far. Like most other drones of this size there are definitely some pieces that can easily break off, so hopefully my little guys won't be too destructive and can play with this for quite a while to come.
