Faulty
The media could not be loaded. Put lock on our new container last week. Went to open today lock does not open. Tried all keys. Nightmare. Need to get into lockup for materials. Locksmith told us to try drilling out or he can come out for £120. I heard these locks were reliable. Are these genuine. Had to rearrange job. Need to return these for refund.

Had to be returned
The keys did not fit the lock so it did not work and had to be returned. The box was damaged so can only assume the keys and lock got separated from each other at some point before delivery
