The bottle contains 150 which is a lot and makes this great value for money especially if you take one instead of two like me. The flavour is a delicious raspberry. I love that the gummies are vegan too. My only slight criticism would be that the gummies are in a plastic bottle. I would prefer a biodegradable pouch or glass bottle.

As such, I was pleased to receive these Ashwagandha gummies to trial.Per the photos with this review, the gummies come in a clear plastic tub that when first receive has plastic wrap seal on lid.Per photos, the tub I received has a BBE date Feb 2026 – which is 21 months from time of ordering, which is good.Per photo next to a 1p coin, the gummies themselves are fairly small in size and also they have a really nice raspberry taste to them. I have been taking for a few consecutive days now and have noticed no ill side effects.Taste is great, supplement ingredients and strength is good, and I feel at current selling price of £16 for a 75 day supply (based on recommend daily intake of 2) the price to value is good – especially when considering gummies are typically more expensive in general when compared to capsule or powder form equivalents.One point of note though, and this applied for most gummy products, I wish it came with a safety lid instead of a normal screw top lid. I have young children and I would not want them to find this and think it was normal sweets. 1 star deducted for this.

That aside the flavour seems fine and they are easy to take which is also a plus, I feel like I do notice some benefits after taking them for a while though I personally cannot be entirely sure if its helping my sleep.
