Taste ok. Didn't try long enough for results.

Everything came fine by the measuring cup it came broken.

Excellent product. I've been using it for a few weeks now and already feel my gums are stronger and teeth slightly whiter. Oily substance with a nice coconut taste. I recommend thsi product for those of you having problems with receding gum disease.

You have to shake this product really really well before each use. If you don’t shake it well enough, the oil and mint separate and you won’t realise until you get to the bottom of the bottle and realise it’s just oil, which is quite disgusting. Not sure it helped with my gums either but hopefully more effective that water alone and not as unnatural as standard mouthwash

This pulling oil is promoted as natural. It is not natural at all so missdvertised and rather than being coconut oil, which is what I wanted, it is mostly water with some coconut oil in it and some ingredients I would want to avoid such as Sorbitol, Maltitol and Mannitol which can all have side effects especially with the gastrointestinal tract, but why add three sweeteners anyway? I prefer my products to be natural and unsweetened especially if it is to clean my teeth! It also contains the preservative Sodium Benzoate which can cause inflammation in some people. Overall far from natural! I don't like the taste of this product either and it actually makes me gag so not at all happy and won't be purchasing again. Would give no points if I could.

I read it’s good for your oral higene, to use oil pulling and scrub your tongue….. so that’s what I do :)
