Helps some
A lot of these cervical traction devices are actually pretty good at helping reduce pain and stiffness in your neck. This one is not any different. After laying on it for about 10 minutes or so I can physically feel the difference in stress and tension in my neck and upper back muscles. I'm one of those that tends to get bad tension headaches due to improper sleeping positions or a muscle tweak here and there .Like several other of these cervical traction devices I've experienced, this one suffers a similar fate as those. The big issue for me is that the device itself is made of hard plastic and there really isn't any way to shield the protruding vertebrae in your neck from being directly on the hard plastic. This can become kind of unpleasant after a few moments. And it's not really something you get used to either. For that I'm giving it four stars, I wish they would figure out a way to protect your neck a little bit more.

Just OK...
This neck device is not as comfortable as I would like it to be. I followed the instructions and use appropriately. I have not used consistently over a few weeks only a few days here and there, so maybe more consistent use would show better results. The magnets are uncomfortable. I do feel a mild stretch to my cervical spine. It does come with a carrying bag and a small back scratcher, which doesn't work super well either.

Fells good, long term effects unknown
I was in a car accident almost 15 years ago and suffer chronic pain in my upper thoracic / lower cervical spine. Nothing fully alleviates the pain, but what does the best is a variety of stretches. My go-to devices for awhile have been an inversion table and one of those manual strap traction devices. I was willing to give this a go as well.Initial impressions are pretty good. There is no mind-blowing stretch feeling from using it, but it does provide a pleasant feeling when relaxing over it. I laid on it for five minutes, three times so far.Personally, a sign of a good stretch in my neck and upper back is when the muscles are relaxed enough that I gentle traction on my neck results in a light pop in my spine just below the top of my shoulders. The concave side is the only side that really does anything for me. The convex did not give a stretch feeling and also the little magnetic balls pressed into my scalp and were uncomfortable. For reference I am a large-framed male, 5'11", 250 pounds.

Good, but not great
If you have chronic neck problems, it is nice to have something that supports your neck and still allows for a stretch. This device is more comfortable that I thought it would be but after using it for only a few minutes, I had some issues when I got up. That may be more due to my condition than this device, though. It felt comfortable initially but seemed a little too much pressure after a while. It does support the head well and I didn't feel like it was adding pressure because my head was falling back. It was just a little too hard on the back of the cervical vertebrae. It is well made, good sturdy hard rubber and seem very durable. It may work better for some than others, depending on your condition. It's probably worth a try but may not be significantly helpful. The extra head massager is OK but can't say it did much either.

I couldn't get used to it
I tried using this for about two weeks and I know it takes some time to get used to but I didn't think it would take this long. I'm not sure if I was just using it incorrectly but I did follow the directions for how to use it as a beginner and it just didn't feel right. I came out of it sore but not like in a stretched out sore but a painful sore.

Good neck relief
In addition to the device, the package also came with the bonus head massager and a storage pouch. It was a nice addition as I use the simple massager to go over my scalp. As the for neck device, it can be used to provide relief or just to help relax. I sit in front of a computer most working days so have been using this during breaks to help. The device itself is nicely padded and soft against the neck with the exception of the magnetic nodes. Also, I have tried this device in both positions and were comfortable using both sides. However, I would recommend testing it out to see which fits you best. Overall, I feel this is well made and feel durable. I would recommend it.

Neck relaxer
I got this to help with my neck pain. It is easy to use and pretty sturdy. However, I can only lie on it for couple minutes and my neck feel pressured. Overall, it can help a little bit.
