I previously had the M2 Tank watch and when the time came, I upgraded to the M3 Tank. This is a great watch. I use it for everything. I can read my SMS messages and Teams chat, track my sleep, take calls, track steps, weather, compass, and even check my blood pressure. Everything works great and the battery life is beyond amazing. The M2 has great battery life but I quickly realized the M3 has even better battery life. To prove it, I fully charged it on March 31st and here it is April 30th and I'm still at 19 percent battery! That's incredible! Well worth the cost. I highly recommend this watch.

Good watch, battery lasts days between charges sometimes I don’t charge it for a week! The watch can take a beating, worn while working and never cracked the screen. I like the screen size and ease of using it. I use mine with an iPhone.

Compré este reloj Tank M3 ultra hace un mes. Lo empecé a usar a inicios de diciembre 2024 y todo ok al inicio. Le he dado un trato convencional, sin maltratos ni caídas.Esta semana, ya a inicios de enero 2025 y sin razón aparente, el reloj dejó de monitorizar mis signos vitales o dar datos de sueño. Al intentar hacer mediciones manuales de presión arterial, o cualquiera otra similar, da un error "Use el reloj adecuadamente para la medición". Obviamente tengo el reloj bien colocado.Considerando el alto costo del reloj, y la publicidad que dan de alta resistencia y "grado militar", creo que fue una mala compra ya que no tiene ni un mes de uso.Intenté actualizar el firmware, restauré el reloj, escribí un mensaje a soporte técnico directo a la página web del fabricante (sin respuesta aún).En menor escala de importancia, la batería no dura más de dos días. Sin darle mayor uso, solo ver la hora y recibir alguna notificación.No lo recomiendo!

I am updating my review based on excellent customer service from Kospet. After posting my original review regarding the battery overheating and the watch no longer charging, the company reached out to me and sent me a new watch. I appreciate buying from a company that stands behind their product. The new watch has been working very well. It is a good smart watch, especially for the price.If you buy this watch, you might as well add the price of a new band because the band is cheap and rips at the pin that connects it to the watch. Other than the band, the watch is rugged. I use it while working on cars and have not scratched it. Battery life is good. I easily get two weeks between charges. The connectivity is good and the microphone works well. I like having the flashlight. Software updates and firmware updates have improved as everything is working as it should. Blood oxygen and pulse work well. Blood pressure is consistent. Sleep tracking is pretty good as well.I also like the fact that there are numerous watch faces available and I found one that displays the information I want to see on the watch and maximizes the size of the font.

Great watch. Customer service is excellent! My son somehow lost the charger and I contacted them and they sent a new charger free even though it was our fault

This watch is almost perfect. DON'T trust the the waterproof abilities of this watch. It has failed me twice.The first time I had the Tank M2 and after a swim in a 6ft pool the screen stopped functioning and eventually died. Was very happy to be refunded under warranty from Kospet almost a year later.I used the refund + $$ to buy the Tank M3 (of course it made sense to upgrade so I spent more money). That was September 2024. Now in April 2025, once again took a swim in a 5ft pool and the watch glitched for 24 hrs even though I have tried to turn it off and now refuses to turn on or even charge. I have written to Kospet to request a refund under warranty. I love this watch but the 5ATM is untrustworthy to say the least. Ideally, I should rate this as a 1, maybe a 2 star but the watch is great if you DON'T swim with it. You could get it wet or dunk your hand in water with no worries but I can't recommend leisurely swimming with it. Will provide an outcome as soon as I get a response.*UPDATE * - Kospet warranty supported by Amazon customer service continue to be the silver lining of this upsetting situation with the watch. A full refund was issued and received. Did not initially upgrade the stars because making a watch waterproof should not be rocket science in 2025, however, Kospet did reach out to me again to ensure my issue was addressed. So based on 1.
