It's great, but yes, a very tight fit!
Well made, but I ended up using a butter knife to slip the edges around the iPad! I would have removed a star for this as snug is good but death grip is a bit unnecessary but so far, it is not impairing any of the button functions.

Nice iPad cover
This is a nice cover and the “new pink” is very pretty, kind of a blush color. I didn’t realize it has a pencil holder which at first I wasn’t sure about but I had a “pencil” and actually like using it. Seems like it will hold up well and is better than spending $100 on a very similar one at the Apple Store.

One Year Later
I will say I have had a year with this case and if it weren’t for it peeling apart on the back side (where the flap cover connects to the back of the case) I would have probably kept using this for another year. It has some drawbacks to it but for the value for the money I think is great compared to cases like Speck - which advertise durability and protection for your device but if they fall from too high of a level the lining surrounding the tablet cracks. The entire case surrounding the iPad is made out of this soft silicone like material. I haven’t had any issues with it ripping or tearing in that area at all. It does stain easily and no matter what I have used the staining will not come out on any section of the case. It’s easy to get the iPad in and out for cleaning and my toddler constantly grabs my case and drops it from the table, I have not had any issues with cracks or damage to the iPad. I will say I would not trust this case if it was falling from great heights but for small drops and landing constantly on its corners, no damage has been done.A drawback for me that wasn’t a drawback when I first got this is where the apple pencil holder is located. It is on the other side of where it needs to be connected to for charging. In the past that’s never been an issue for me because the Apple Pencil charges so quickly if I knew I was going to use it I would just grab it and switch it over to the charging side and within a couple minutes I’d be able to get whatever I needed done. Lately I have been running into more times where I will just spontaneously need to use the Apple Pencil and every time I do it’s dead because it’s not charging when it’s in the case. The best part about this case is the three sections of the flap cover have made it extremely easy to position the iPad however I want and also will easily fold out of the way when not in use. I don’t understand why other companies don’t use this triple fold method and it’s only seen in lower-priced cases but to give you a comparison: the Speck Folio, which is way more expensive than this, is frustrating to work with because even though you have six positions to stand the iPad in - whenever I don’t need the cover flap (which is 90% of the time) it takes up more room to have to hold it like a book if I need to take a picture from the back of my iPad or to have to hold it against the back of the iPad with my right hand when I am trying to read or browse lying down so that the flap isn’t swinging and falling everywhere. With this case I am able to fold it into itself to the point where the three panels all move into one on the left side of the iPad so when I am reading a book or side laying in bed or even taking a picture I don’t have to worry about where the flap is going to swing because I can hold it like I naturally hold the iPad and use my right hand to touch the screen.Overall for the money that I spent I’m glad that I had this for a year but I will be switching to a different brand as I have already placed another order for another company.

Decent Case with Some Drawbacks
The ZryXal iPad Pro 13 Inch Case for the 2024 model has some useful features, but it falls short in a few areas. I like the sleek design and the built-in pencil holder, which works well for both the Apple Pencil Pro and the USB-C model. The auto wake/sleep function works reliably, and it doesn’t interfere with Touch ID. It offers basic protection for daily use without adding too much bulk. However, the overall material feels a bit flimsy, and I worry about how well it will hold up over time. The stand functionality could be sturdier, as it sometimes collapses when trying to prop the iPad at certain angles. For the price, it does an okay job, but I was hoping for a more durable and premium feel. It’s a decent case, but there are better options out there if you’re looking for long-lasting protection.

Not too heavy but very sturdy. Great assortment of colors.

Apple Pencil doesn’t charge [EDIT: but it does???]
You get what you pay for in terms of durability, it feels like it does the job but I would still be very careful of dropping it. I didn’t think I would like a case that has a spot for the Apple Pencil, but it ended up not bothering me. Unfortunately, the little spot for the pencil to magnetically attach doesn’t charge the pencil. It’s not too hard to take the case off to charge the pencil, but it’s a bit inconvenient and I worry about the longevity of the case with constant removal. Otherwise, the case is nice and sturdy enough. Being able to have a slight incline is nice for when drawing, and so is being able to stand the device up as a second monitor with my laptop. 4/5 because of the Apple Pencil issue, but I’m planning on eventually just running an exacto knife along that area for better access to charging the pencil (and probably forfeiting some structural integrity of the case, which I don’t mind).EDIT 1/12/22For some reason, it seems like the Apple Pencil is charging while the iPad is in the case now. Not sure why that’s changed, but this review is staying at 4/5 stars because the edges of the case are staining from being carried around in a tote bag for class.
