This has made so much difference to the quality of my sleep, don't know how I ever managed without it. I was so impressed with it that I also bought some for my daughter who was also having problems. I recommend this to anyone having the same problems and of course it's good for your health which is why I bought it in the first place.

My daughter has asd and we've been struggling with sleep since before Christmas. So after reading good reviews, decided to purchase. And it works, gave the 2ml and she settled in her own bed and slept without incident for 9 hours. I don't really want to go down the melatonin route as yet, but this is a fantastic product and I totally recommend.

Helps to give a good night's sleep

This product has a pleasant taste, I take a dropper or 2 each night in warm milk, depending on stress of day. I then sleep 8 hours through the night, I am over 60 and sleep can sometimes be an issue, especially if caffeine is consumed at all during the day. I have tried other Mg and this one has a taste that works even in a bit of warm water or straight.

Good one with nice flavor. But runs out very quickly given the effective dosage of magnesium. Not good value

Good taste

Magnesium Glycinate in liquid form, easy to dispense with a small dropper (included). It has a pleasant enough flavour, not overly strong. But to be honest I didn't really notice any huge difference in sleep, maybe just slightly more relaxation. So 4 stars from me.
