I purchased this smart door lock because it was weather proof and the WiFi was built in. I installed it on my back door which is exposed to the weather outside. I have used this lock for five months and it worked great. I did however have an issue with the lock and I reached out to the manufacturer. I explained my issue to their support, and they resolved my issue very quickly. It is great to be able to reach tech support and they identify and solve your problems. The lock is quality and built to last. It was very easy to install and setup, and I was able to setup access pins for everyone that needed access. When I am away I can go to the app and get up to date information about the lock including the battery state. This is a great smart lock, and I highly recommend it!

Worked remotely about a week, received notifications. Now constantly giving me “lock off line” message and won’t reconnect.Update helped to reconnect, I just hate spending hours out of my day trying to get something to work.

He tenido este producto por casi 4 meses y ya he cambiado las baterías 3 veces. Ahora mismo el dispositivo me esta indicando que debo cambiarlas nuevamente. La primera vez, la batería simplemente murió y afortunadamente tenía las llaves de emergencia conmigo porque estaba afuera de la casa y probablemente no habría podido entrar a la casa nuevamente ya que el panel numérico no estaba funcionando. Si quieres tener un dispositivo cuya batería dure mucho tiempo, esta definitivamente no es tu mejor opción.-El wifi funciona correctamente la mayor parte del tiempo. Sin embargo, se ha desconectado en 2 ocasiones y he tenido que configurar nuevamente todo el dispositivo. Esto se torna un poco molesto.-El dispositivo tiene una alta tendencia a saltarse notificaciones. No siempre vas a recibir las notificaciones en tu teléfono sobre la actividad del dispositivo.COSAS POSITIVAS:-Tiene un muy buena construcción. Se siente firme y de un buen material-Tiene un Gateway incorporado dentro del dispositivo y eso hace que no tengas que comprar algo extra para poder conectar el dispositivo al wifi-En general se conecta muy fácil a una red wifi 2.4ghz (siempre y cuando la intensidad de la señal sea buena) En mi caso, el router está junto a la puerta donde está el dispositivo y la conexión es rápida-La compañía accedió a hacerme la devolución del dinero por este dispositivo ya que no podían enviar un reemplazo para el dispositivo defectuoso que me llegó. Fue un buen servicio al cliente. Puede ser muy muy lento en sus respuestas pero en general fueron muy amables.

works great if you can keep it connected to Bluetooth/WIFI. it has a great look.I changed internet company's now i can not get it to connect to the Bluetooth/WIFI at all.

The media could not be loaded. This was a great addition to the front door. Lost and left house keys were a constant issue in the house....primarily because of my teenage daughters....so we would inevitably get that call that they can't get into the house. That led to either scaling the fence, sitting on the stoop, or driving home to let them in. Well, those days are now gone! This was a very easy install. It fit right into the existing lock channel and was ready to go in less than a half an hour. It gives you many options to get into the house: key, fingerprint, and code. The app is easy to use and I was able to get the whole family input in minutes. It is a good thing they give you many options, though, because my fingerprint never takes. I have set it several times, but it just doesn't work for me. My kids seem to have no problem. The lock also lets you temporarily set codes that can be short or long term, or even single use, which is great if the neighbor needs to let your dog in, or you need packages off the porch. It has come in handy a few times already. They only issue is that when it is off, there is really no indication that it is the lock, other than positioning. We gave a friend the code and seeing this just assumed we were talking about the garage and the code didn't work. Ha! Make sure you tell your friends and family it is the techy metallic block on the door. Press your finger on it and numbers appear as if by magic!*It also has an autolock feature, which is a blessing and a curse. If you are going in and out, prepare to unlock over and again. If the door is open and locks, prepare for a chip in the other side of the door when the lock slams into it.
