Weeding is a pain. I had been leaning over a metal stool instead of sitting on it because it had been too high for me to comfortably sit on and pull weeds in my flower bed. I landed on this product after much research and now I have 3 height options for the yard work. It is now a permanent fixture in our yard tool kit. And it should go without saying...weeding is still a pain, but I'm sitting pretty.

I finally found the elusive perfect multi-height, indoor/outdoor stool. There are three things that I needed something like this for: transferring laundry from the washer to the dryer (with its small profile it fits easily into my small laundry space), washing and buffing the sides of the car, and cleaning indoor stuff near ground level. It would also be good for gardening. Since it's made of heavy duty plastic, it can get dirty and just be hosed off. There are embedded handles to carry it. It's light-weight. What more can you ask for? Indoors, I had been using various footstools or a rolling desk chair to fill the needs. Outside, I just had to crouch down which is too painful. It took a while to get since it came by ground transport but it was well worth the wait.

This garden seat was just perfect for me! Bad knees make it hard to bend and reach, so I needed something other than a clunky 5 gallon plastic bucket to sit on while planting and pulling weeds in the garden. This seat is sturdy, easy to move around, and lightweight. It was also nice to be able to just rinse it with the hose when I was done gardening.

I was surprised that I liked this as much as I did. I thought the lack of a cushioned seat would make it not useful for any length of time. But I could use it for longer garden sessions and it wasn’t painful. The seat lasted two seasons before starting to bend out of shape and becoming unstable.My biggest complaint, and reason I won’t be buying a new one, is that the seat is concave. I am sure that shape helps make the seat more comfortable. But it also creates a places for water to pudddle after it rains. I leave this seat outside during the summer months so I can grab it easily whenever I need it. But when it has rained, the puddle needs to be poured off the seat, leaving the seat wet. I don’t like to sit on a wet seat, so I won’t be buying this again.

I use this all the time. The plastic is sturdy and I can switch heights. I have bad back and knees so I am careful what I get up from. This not being rock solid of course could tip over, but it hasn't. It's a strong plastic. I weigh 180 lbs. It has a drain plug which I don't imagine using. It has rained on it and the rain does not collect inside. I can lift this anywhere in the yard. I would buy again.

It's light weight, sturdy, and works at 3 different heights. I considered the gardening stools with wheels but decided against because of their weight and storage.

Well executed design. Allows for 3 different heights, and very stable. Well made, should last a long time.
