The tub was easy to open, no child-safety cap, which did make me think that if my children were younger I would want to keep these well out of reach as they do seem very much like sweeties!I didn’t notice any difference with my hair or skin with this supplement, but my nails do seem better, they are growing longer and stronger than they normally do.

My current biotin supply comes in a little tablet but the tablet is not coated so it can be a bit of a bother to swallow so I thought I would try these gummies instead.They are a bit pricier in gummy form than the tablet form but if you prefer to chew a gummy it may be worth the extra for the convenience. These supplements are also made in the UK so it's great to support local businesses. It's early days so far with these gummies but I'm hoping they work just as well as other supplies of biotin I have tried.

These gummies taste very sweet even though they are raspberry flavoured which is more on the tart side naturally. They are very easy to consume though and would suit people with a sweet tooth. The red coloured bear shaped gummies come in a clear bottle with screw top and there is plenty of useful information on the label including nutritional value and ingredients so you can plan these into your diet. They are a fair price for such a product and supplements targeted to this particular need do seem to make a difference to the condition of my skin, hair and nails and this is an easy and enjoyable way to take them.

I’ve been using these Biotin Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies for a while now, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any improvements.My hair, skin, and nails look and feel the same as before I started taking them.The raspberry flavour is nice, but in terms of results, I can’t say they’ve made any difference for me.Quite disappointing considering the high strength and all the positive reviews I’ve read.Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

This is a review of Raspberry flavour 60 piece 'Biotin Hair, Skin & Nails' Gummy pack from the brand Forever & Always Supplements. The gummies arrive in a regular plastic bottle with a twist-top lid. Inside on first opening there is a foil covering over the mouth for freshness/security. There is no child lock. The Gummies are approximately the size of a five pence piece as you can see from the picture I have uploaded. These are genuinely very tasty, I have tried similar products before and these Raspberry flavour teddy bear shaped gummies are my favourites not only in term of taste/flavour but the soft chewy texture also.With regards to health benefits I cannot say for certain that I have seen any benefits from taking them at this stage but to be honest these are fairly cheap really considering there's 60 in the tub and even if they only make a minimal difference to me I think it's worth it and I'll be happy to order these again in the future most likely - they're as tasty as regular sweets which certainly doesn't harm their cause in my book!

Love these cute little gummies bears. Two a day - one month’s supply. A little on the expensive side. Easy to take. Contain all the necessary vitamins I look for a in a hair skin and nails supplement. They’re also vegan.

I've actually got these in to use as a daily multi vitamin and the high biotin content is a bonus! My hair could be thicker so here's hoping. Along with my other two key players B12 and C, I tend to use these every other day and my usual multi vit in between. Seems to be working well enough so far!I'm 47 but still find it really cute and appealing that these are actually made in a mould that is shaped like an actual raspberry! And more delicious than the sweets and pastels i buy from the corner shop, and obviously far more nutritious. I could eat them all day. (But I wont. Just two).
