I bought these to make the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate bars. I thought it’s so much better than making one large bar because then everyone in my family could have their own bar and the pleasure of cracking it open. Breaking open the bar is half the fun, so with the large mold, one only one person gets to crack it open, this way everybody can crack open and eat their own bar.It’s just the right of amount of thickness and the portion size is perfect.

I make chocolate covered peanut clusters in my slow cooker several times a year. I always end up with left over chocolate after all the peanuts are used up in the clusters so I like to make some chocolate candies with the leftovers. I’ve tried in the past to make chocolates with fillings but it’s been so difficult with the molds I had since they were small and weren’t designed for fillings. These, however, were so much easier to add fillings to. Since these molds are higher and therefore produce thicker chocolates, I can put more filling in which just makes it easier to do. I tried with some peanut butter and also with some marshmallow fluff. It takes some practice but they came out very yummy.I really like the flexibility of these. After the chocolate dries, it is so easy to remove from the molds, since the molds are so flexible. I was able to simply pop them out without breaking the chocolate at all. And, the flexibility also makes the molds easy to clean.

These are the perfect size and shape for protein bars. They are easy to clean and demold cleanly.
