Great Aesthetic
Great case, fun build, hilariously tiny. Nice aesthetic addition to my desk.Full color and extremely detailed instructions. Well labeled bags and plenty of extra small parts. Good value.Front panel came just a little bent inward but not in any serious way. Everything went together easily and was a lot of fun to assemble. Front OLED is a great touch. Keeps the pi nice and cool even with some overclocking.

This is a well machined product!
I watched several videos before deciding to purchase this PIRONMAN5 case. So much assembly seemed daunting, but I was able to assemble it with no trouble thanks to the detailed instructions enclosed in the package as well as the instructions available on the manufacturer's website. For almost every step, there is a spare screw or rivet in each package, so fear not! The fact that the case provides full size HDMI ports and an easy to access SD port is great. The little status screen is pretty neat too, providing details like IP address, temperature, CPU usage, Memory usage and storage use. I paired this with one of the recommended M.2 drives and the entire assembly worked from the get go. No problems whatsoever! All of the pieces are well machined and went together smoothly. A pair of tweezers and a MAGNETIC screwdriver will be your friend for assembly. A screwdriver is included, however, it's not magnetic. The price is on the higher side for a small case, but the quality is evident and I am considering another one for a second build considering how much I enjoyed putting this together!

Excellent
The media could not be loaded. I didn't need such an elaborate case to try my very first Raspberry Pi experience. But saw it and liked it so spent the extra money over a plain black case. It took me 2 hours or less to assemble. I took my time. The parts are delicate and my fingers are large, so care was exercised. I preloaded a King Spec 1T NVMe SSD (skipped over the whole OS on a micro card then then copy-and no problems) The fit of the case is very nice. Once I learned how to install the Pironman 5 addon and activate the RGB and Oled and power button controls, all went well. Very flashy. Fun toy. The unit runs VERY low Temps. Ran for several hours and the CPU fan only came on twice for about secs. Temps running during avg use between 45 C and 46.5 C. I ran multiple YouTube vids (6) and even then Temps only ran no higher than 55 C.I really am very happy with this purchase.Update: this was not only my first dealings with Sunfounder and Raspbery Pi , but also with using LINUX type OS. I am extremely pleased with the Pironman case and with Sunfounder customer service too. When I needed to reach out the customer service representative responded very quickly and stayed in touch until my issue was resolved. I have no hesitation to recommend Sunfounder and their products. As concerning my Pi OS experience, it turned out to be much less than my fears. Installation was simple enough as long as directions were followed. The tutorial pages are very complete, with written instructions and videos. I have never used a linux based OS before and am actually quite enjoying my learning experience. Linux is simple to install, and as a system is fast. I will be looking into buying other products from Sunfounder ...WITH CONFIDENCE !!

It does the job, but be very cautious when assembling.
TLDR: I'm happy with the case. The two biggest issues are how delicate the parts are (one piece broke off) and the lack of airflow from the 'front' of the case. The purpose was for a fancy case and SSD reading capabilities, both of which were achieved in an evening of assembly. The heat sink also seems to be working well, though I would still need to stress test this.Pros:The instructions to setup the case were clear, although there are directions on paper as well as a video. I suggest following the video tutorial which is only 'very' slightly different but there are a few steps assembly pre-case which will be easier to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and I experienced no issues outside of the occasional four letter word when I couldn't get the screws in right. They are very tiny. If you have a magnetic screwdriver that's super small, you'll find it useful for this. The software works with minimal effort and adjusting. I do wish there were more specific temperature settings, but you can easily adjust the defaults. They include extra screws. These screws are TINY so... they know. You're gonna lose these if you're not careful, so the addition of extra is fantastic.I didn't stress test very intense things but I notice the temperatures were kept down much better VS the standard cooler/fan that the pi 5 came with. The SDD card I bought for it worked flawlessly. I had to figure out how to format it before it worked which took some tinkering, but this was of no fault here, because it was able to read it without any problems. Once I formatted it, it works perfectly.Cons:The USB-HDMI header partially broke during assembly. These parts are VERY fragile. I reached out to the company and got a swift reply about it. The part that broke (RTC) wasn't necessary for the build so the machine still works flawlessly without it and the customer service was very polite about helping me.Just something to keep in mind that this is very delicate, be VERY careful. There is no front airflow. There are vents in the back, but NOTHING in the front. Literally a solid panel and whatever gap you have in the panels between assembly. The default is that the fans are always running. Like, even when you turn off the pi they're still always running. This is a minor complaint and you can turn it off easily (and you're told how to with the online instructions) It's just weird that the default state is to keep them running. One last odd thing is that, if you have your fingers over some of the headers that are outside the machine, whether for picking it up or otherwise, the fans and RGB will turn on until you release it. I suppose this has something to do with the electrical currents and maybe I shouldn't be picking it up this way. Another minor issue.
