Krishna from Tulsi Tech Service centre from Crompton service centre provided excellent service, he followed every detailed instruction given by us and installed the chimney very carefully and also gave a valuable suggestion regarding maintenance.

Poor and costly Service.
Product is elegant look and have good features in this price compared to other brands, however noisy in even low speed. But prime thing is its service, company has contractual Service partners. Local vendors take contract to install and service chimney. Company like Crompton must have their own service centres. I was asked by the vendor to pay Rs.1950/- x 2= Rs. 3900/- for duct pipe, Rs.600/- for installation of chimney. Rs.350/- for reducer, totalling to Rs. 4850/-. In addition to it I have to bear Rs.2000/- for core cutting charges. They asked to arrange core cutting ourselves. I told them price of duct pipe is exorbitant and it is available online less than half of your price. They told if you arrange duct pipe of your own, Rs. 500/- per pipe is chargeable for installation. And asked total of Rs.1600/- for installation. I mailed Crompton but received no reply. I am using Crompton Motors for 30 years and felt no service faults. Company like Crompton when extending their business must be worried for hassles free and price worthy service. Regards
