Easy set up with clear instructions, incase you need them. The display is easy to see and I like the simplicity of it. Appreciate that the on/off switch is on the side, easy to access, especially nice when you've got your hands full, etc. Reaches temp very quickly. Much nicer than similar machines I've used. It's very light too! Overall, the best way I can describe it—It has the durability and functions of an older model but the upgrades and finishes of a new model, if that makes sense?

I'm a big fan of ONILAB. I have their stir plates and hot plates and a stand mixer and a few pipettes, they're all excellent. Prices are so awesome, not rolling the dice with eBay or overpaying for surplus sigma stuff.They are pumping out great high quality equipment with a sleek finish and really solid pricing.This thing is no exception.It's an excellent gel heating machine.It heats up super super fast and has PRP and PPP gel prep programs even included.Looks great and came with some adapters for different sizes.Overall 5 stars.Works great so far.

This machine does not get cold as advertised, only room temperature. The instructions are poor and hardly visible. Customer service is foreign and in another language. Was not able to achieve the correct consistency with this machine to safely administer PRF.
