These are great, they help a lot and it’s actually super comfortable. I was worried I wouldn’t wanna wear them at night because it would be uncomfortable but I actually think it’s really comfortable. They fit perfectly and it’s nice it comes with two difference sizes! Great value for money would definitely recommend if you struggle with teeth grinding

I feel like the material is so thick and uncomfortable to sleep in. I had a hard time molding it to my teeth and it doesn’t stay easily so leads to me clenching my jaw when trying to fall asleep

Work well

Works well, it is a little big for my mouth but you get pieces to help fit your mouth better.

I wore this mouth guard for one night. Although it works, the taste left in my mouth was horrible. I can't help but think that the type of material used is not good. I'm glad it was cheap, because I will not be using it any more.

In about 30 seconds I had a molded mouth piece to protect from grinding while I sleep.Brings back memoriess of grade school and high school football!

I could not mold this correctly

This came with 2 sizes. Both were too large. I had to cut places off and I could not shut my mouth completely after completing the mold. If you have a smaller mouth I would not recommend unless you do not mind cutting a lot of pieces off. Even then it was not comfortable for me.
