Half of it fits...
My son is 10, but he's sturdy and muscular, wearing a size Medium in men's. The support fits perfectly, the cup does not. The only cup he can comfortably wear is the one he's been wearing since tee ball 5 years ago. For soccer, he needs to be able to run, not keep adjusting a too big cup on the field.

Right size
Most adult cups are made for horses. I don’t know what they’re thinking. They look ridiculous under baseball pants. This one however is the right size. My 15 year old son is 6’ 210lbs and this fits him perfectly.
