After some initial troubles in getting into the phone, I came to love this phone's performance very quickly.The phone arrived with a pin that I didn't know which upset me. I wondered if this was some kind of theft deterrent. And I had to have a friend who is a tech whiz get it working for me after some consults with customer service. Even he had some difficulty. I wasn't too impressed with customer service because of the stilted answers to my questions and their requirement of proof of purchase. But that being taken care of, and installing my sim card, I have found it to be an excellent phone so far after two weeks. The night vision and FLIR seem to work quite well. I am anxious to take it out into the woods. I also like the size, weight and battery endurance. It sits down in my hand due to its higher weight which makes it less likely to be dropped in my case. The battery lasts a very long time!If you can get past the initial nonsense in getting it working, I think you'll like it.

My phone has tanked being run over by 2 trucks and all the unusual features have become irreplaceable.Normal use gets 3 days on a full charge.It would be nice to have a brighter flashlight and better microphones

The product is not what it claims!Its under powered, claims to handle current games fine, but hangs on home screen going to app drawer constantly. Its frozen requiring hard reset twice so far!The accessories over priced. Interface has the absolute worst home launcher I've ever seen on a phone. Very limited could not use for my purposes.This is as good a review as they will get now. The other review where I detailed all the problems in detail was pulled down for harassment. Guess they didnt like the detailed and legitimate criticism. I would avoid and buy something else. I'll never buy another one of these again.Almost forgot but super important:DEVICE REQUIRES SPECIAL INPUT BEYOND YOUR SIM CARD SWAP IN ORDER TO WORK ON AT&T!!!! DOES NOT JUST WORK OUT OF BOX !!! Good luck finding that information I only found one source that worked.Also I will screenshot this so I can use it in my appeal since my last review got pulled.

this would have been my third ulefone and i love my previous phone as i work construction and they handle it very well. once i received my phone i tied to activate it with metro pcs which is the same provider ive had with the other 2 ulefones. after an hour on the phone with tech support it could not be activated they stated that it would only operate as a 2g speed which no provide would support so unfortunately i had to return it.

Although I did not purchase this phone through Amazon< I still feel that it should be reviewed on here. The first thing you will notice upon receiving it is its weight. It's no lightweight, but you have to realize that there are a few reasons for the weight. First, it's a large phone, and the armored case makes it larger and heavier than non armored phones. Second, it has a very large battery inside, so even more weight. For comparison, my old Samsung S51 with an otter case weighs 8 oz., whereas the 27T Pro weighs 16 oz. with the screen protector installed. Something that you do need to be warned about is that these phones are so new that there isn't a full owners manual even availabe yet, so you will have to do what I'm doing and just hunt through the phone to find them until one is published. I've so far played around a bit with the FLIR and the night vision cams, and they both work great, as does the regular cam. There's a custom button on the left edge of the phone that you can program two different quick access apps into. Mine is set for phone and camera. There's also a connector below the custom button for connecting Ulefone accessories. There's a a headphone jack that is protected by a waterproof cover, and an ir led that you can program to operate your tv as well. When you first boot up the phone, you will see a message asking if you want to transfer your old phones apps and data to the new one, which you do by linking the two phones together with the provided usb c to usb c cable that comes with the Ulefone, then just follow the instructions on both of the phones. And speaking of the usb c cable, you will probably need to use the charger that comes with the phone as it provides the power necessary to charge that big battery. I tried using the 2w Samsung charger, but the phone used more power than that charger could even provide. As I keep exploring this phone. I know I'll discover more new features, but for now this info should suffice. This phone is a terrific bargain compared to the flagship phones offered by others, not to mention it is armored, in case you tend to be rough or clumsy with your phones. Do not be afraid to buy one of these. I don't think you'll be sorry.
