I've had normal memory foam Pillows before but they felt quite high, bulky and hard leaving me with a stiff neck. So I went back to a normal soft pillow that was flat. I slept better on this but my neck always felt compressed and would need to crack multiple times in the night and throught the day. I am a back and side sleeper and usually have my arms over my head or under the pillow. I occasionally woke up with pins and needles in my arms and hands. Since having this pillow, my neck feels supported, I sleep throughout the night without neck twinges, and don't experience any compression in my neck when waking up. Only one minor neck crack after 4 nights of use. I couldn't quite get used to the arm rests at first. I have to move my pillow further down the bed to allow my arms to rest over my head otherwise theyd be touching the headboard. But it's a good firmness, not too hard, not too soft and the cover feels nice and cool. I havent tried removing it yet! My partner also says that my snoring has improved too. Overall, pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is and that it's actually working for me. I think when starting out, you need to experiment with the two heights and give it a couple of days to get used to the size and shape and how you may need to adjust your muscle memory to get the best out of it. It's not a pillow to snuggle with a partner on, or to use as a nighttime back support.Update Dec 2024: I've had this for a few months now and I still rarely need to crack my neck. It's easy to remove the pillow case. There's a zip and a press clip to undo. You can't tumble dry the case but it's thin enough to hang dry during the day and be ready for the night. It is a shame you don't get a second pillow case though. Putting it back on can be a fiddle to start with but like anything, once you know how to align tye case with the shape of the pillow and do it a few times, it's easy. Overall, really happy with this pillow and the quality. No issues at all.

I bought this because I have had one before ( from a different company ) and It helped my cervical spine pain. The pain has come back so I thought I'd give this one a go..Ive used the higher neck support side for 3 nights now and it's really killing my neck. It hasnt helped the pain at all. So I've now switched to the lower side and will see if that helps ! Fingers crossed !Not washed the case yet.. I'm guessing it will have to be hung and not put into the dryer as it might shrink.

It has taken me ages to find the right pillow which supports my neck. I have problems with my neck, arm and head, causing sleepless nights and headaches. The pillow does take some time getting use to it, so bare that in mind when buying it, however after spending a lot of money finding the right pillow, we have found a winner. I’m a back and side sleeper and this pillow is no problem. You just need to adjust your head on the pillow when on your side and then it’s comfy. It’s not too hard, supports neck and I’m sleeping through the night again. It’s good value for money, keeps its shape and I like that you can turn the pillow around depending on which height you want it at. I prefer the lower height but that is preference. This pillow is worth a try and if not suitable then you can always send it back. Win win!

Bought this as i was getting pretty severe shoulder pain on both sides. It's bloody marvellous and both shoulders are now pain free. Pillow case is removable, I washed and tumble dried and it went back on easily with no shrinkage. Used with a normal pillow case as well which was totally fine. Without a normal pillowcase it's blissfully cool, does warm up through the night but if you overheat it's better than a normal pillow. With a normal pillow case you lose the coolness a bit. Comfortable for sleeping in all positions. On back provides best support for neck. Side sleeping great, or if you're like me and pretty much sleep on your face the shape at the side allows a Comfortable breathing space and less stress on your neck. It's a great pillow; no regrets!

The JINXIA Memory Foam Pillow is very comfortable and has an ergonomic design that has noticeably helped relieve my neck pain. The material is soft to the touch, though I’ve noticed it’s starting to get some bobbling already. Personally, I find it a bit flatter than I’d prefer, and I think a wider design would make the arm flap much more useful for side sleepers. Overall, it’s a good pillow that provides support, but a few adjustments would make it perfect.

Very comfortable. No more strained neck and shoulders. Cooling cover also, so great night's sleep.

Do not buy this pillow if you’re a side sleeper.It doesn’t provide support as the pillow is too low. I have been free of neck and shoulder pain for a year following a neck operation but using this pillow for 2 weeks has caused the pain to return.

I am a right-side sleeper and for many months now, even years, I have been waking up in the morning with really badly headaches and neck pain. After seeing adverts about these type of pillows I came to check on amazon and this product had really good reviews, I then decided to buy it to try, as I wanted to see if it would help me with my posture (if not then I would return). I am happy to say that it does work, the material is very nice, good quality, the fabric is always nice and breezy even on hot summer day and the memory foam is very good as it goes back to its original format straightaway. It took me a couple of days to get used to it, figuring out what the best position was but now I dont think i would be able to get back to the old pillows. I am really happy with it and recommend to anyone who has back/neck pain or even if you have issues with the girl-friend cutting your arm circulations haha.
