I have been using a regular mop but looking for a better solution to clean my floors. This is the best floor cleaner and vacume ever! So easy to use and very efficient. Cleans floors so well and with someone with back issues, this Dreame machine is wonderful. We do have 4 large dogs, so we have alot of dog hair, so we do vacume before we use the Dreame Machine, however if it's only been a day, we don't need to vacume ahead of time. The Machine handles it well! Love Love Love it!

Had it for few weeks love it. Specially love schedule cleaning from app.. evryone use mop and forget to clean so schedule cleannjng take care of it. I have roomba brava jet. Roomba does good job but not good enough for big mess.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this vacuum. After using it once in December, I noticed it was leaking cleaning solution and ran out in under 10 minutes. Assuming user error, I left for a 3-week vacation. Upon returning, I ordered more solution, but the issue worsened. When I reached out to customer service, the return window had passed, so I had to rely on the warranty. After two weeks of multiple messages, I finally sent it for repair but have received no updates for another two weeks. It’s now almost March, and the vacuum has been unusable from the start.Update….Dreame responded positively and recently send me a new vacuum that has been working well, as promised. I finally have a functional product

I received this mop yesterday and set it upSetup was very simple. I put water and the soap in it and turned it on and before I knew it had moped 4 rooms and a hallway.The cleaning was great, vacuuming and moping was fast and easy.The only down side is my wife says I did such a good job it can become my chore. Maybe i should have just put it together and let her try it first, oh well live and learn

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this vacuum with high hopes of cutting time in half for cleaning floors in my house. Fast forward a week outside of return window, the clean water tank starts to leak profusely. I have called customer service once already due to the cleaning solution being out of stock (unrelated issue) and it was not the best. Definitely not looking forward to calling again to hopefully get the vacuum repaired. Ridiculous because I have used it a total of 6 times!!! Save your money and use the cheap method. Broom and mop!!! Super pissed I spent so much on this product and it is already broken.

We love our Dreame floor washer. It's the best cleaning machine ever. Quiet and when you're finished it cleans itself. Our home is all Mexican tile and it shines. It's so fun to use we fight over who gets to wash the floor.
