Very effective, I have felt with much more energy and their flavor is good not felt.

Seems to work great. I take it as a supplement to fill in any potential gaps in my diet, so I wouldn't notice much of a difference. I had a favorite high-quality brand for years that started to smell funky to me, so I decided to try something new. I'm happy with this. I take one or two a day along with a decent diet.
