Rip off
This does not taste like coffee and it’s super thin. I have to mix it with coffee and it taste terrible. I’m so mad. I found a similar product at the local market for $6 and tastes way better and is thick and frothy unlike this. Unable to return it so just feel ripped off! Money thrown in the trash!

Only so-so, rather weak tasting for me
Collagen Coffee was a new concept to me. I've been taking collagen supplements for a while now and have noticed greater joint flexibility, so when the opportunity came to try collagen in something I am already drinking anyway, I thought why not? The coffee is actually a bit disappointing in that it's pretty weak. The flavor is very mild, weaker even than a medium roast, and it's quite "thin" and "watery". I had to actually use two packets, with a little bit of extra water, to get the flavor to where I normally have it. The packets are difficult to open, but easy to use and dissolve well in boiling water. The collagen doesn't add any taste to the coffee. Taste is subjective though, and your mileage may vary. I think I'll stick to the collagen supplements and regular coffee instead.

Each packet makes three ounces. Smooth, not acidic, powder mixes easily.
Ok first I must explain that this coffee is not meant to be the same as a normal US style coffee put in a large mug. The suggested amount of hot water you should be adding is 80-100 mL which is about two and a half to three ounces or about a third of a cup. So don't make the same mistake I did and just add it to a full mug and end up with watered down slightly brown colored 'coffee'. So I added a second which was still not enough to really be able to taste this. This coffee is smooth, not very acidic. It contains probiotics and collagen. Which are both beneficial enough to keep these from being tossed in the donate pile. I will likely add it to my regular coffee to take advantage of the benefits while still maintaining the quality of coffee I currently prefer.

Doesn't actually say what if any ingredients are from Japan.
Brewed a cup of this and it was very lacking in flavor.I had to mix in my own instant coffee just so it would taste like something, anything.Maybe it's because I decided to use half and half today instead of water, but I don't think it should've made that much difference.Seems a lot of Chinese companies these days like to plaster the words Japan and Japanese all over their products, from food, to kitchen utensils, to knives. At least they're not lying, they don't say "made in," this product has "ingredients from Japan" but of course there's zero certifications, and it doesn't actually say which ingredient is supposed to be from Japan. If they put just the bare absolute minimum amount of effort on the product listing, how much trust can you put in the product itself? If you google the Naveta brand name it doesn't exist, in fact, the first result is a listing on a wholesaler site where this exact product and exact same 60g box is sold for a little over $1, not exactly confidence inspiring. If you look up the company you find out it's called Nanyang Tianhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.They're not even a specialty food company, but a pharmaceutical company, which probably explains why they don't know how to make a good cup of coffee. I don't think I'll be drinking the rest of this box.

OK, but Falls Flat on Flavor (and a Few Other Issues)
This one sounded interesting -- coffee and collagen in one packet? Sign me up. But the taste is pretty underwhelming. It’s described as “unflavored,” but it's just kind of...bland. And it's not cheap, either.Another annoying thing: the nutrition info is tough to decipher. It'd not your typical U.S. packaging standard, so figuring out exactly what you're getting per serving takes more effort than it should (i.e., "Energy: 1579kJ per 100g" -- but each serving is only 60g, so just list the nutrition for THAT!).The convenience is nice, and the concept is fine, but overall, this one was more of a miss than a hit for me.
