I love this case; thin as you can make it. I’ve dropped my phone from medium height a few times and my phone was fine. It feels better holding the phone with this case on than holding the phone with no case.

I’ve had this case on my new iPhone for about 6 months. It has provided very good protection (few drops on tile and wood floors without issue) while still being much slimmer than other cases I’ve used in the past. It still works well with wireless chargers. The thin profile around the bezel of the phone allows for completely uninstructed and clear view of the screen. It was easy to install and has held up well.

There was a quality issue with the first item, but I am a Pitaka fan and have had several of their cases in the past for both Samsung and Apple phones and the quality has always matched the price. I contacted Pitaka support with photos of the case with quality issues. I must say, I was SUPER-SUPER impressed, this was easily one of the Top 5 best customer service experiences I've EVER had, the kind of customer service that used to be the norm 20+ yrs ago.The replacement product that Pitaka IMMEDIATELY rushed out was PERFECT after taking out of the box and closely inspecting, just like the Pitaka products I've come love! Can't get much better than a company that stands behind the quality of their products.

Always love Pitaka cases, and this one is no exception! Slim, aesthetically pleasing, and quality material.

I had this case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and I liked the case but the magnet wasn't very strong. I ordered this case for the iPhone 16 Pro Max and I am pleased to say that that they made improvements to the magnet and it stays on the charger much better now. This is a good case.

Buy with confidence, this is a great company that understands quality customer service and stands behind their products!Repeat customer, love their hyper thin high quality cases. Bought the Milky Way case. Amazon fulfillment sent me a used case with a chunk missing from a corner, and it was missing paperwork I have seen from reviews. It was so obvious it had been purchased by someone and returned.I was NOT happy and contacted Pitika directly to let them know I had received either a used case or their quality control was not very effective. They responded to my email very fast and shipped me a new one immediately. It arrived early as well.Thank you so much Pitika customer service for making it right and taking care of me so fast! Truly appreciate it!

I don't drop my phone and am not worried about drop protection. That said I consistently had issues with my phone sliding off of things my previous one wouldn't have unless it was level; arms of my couch for example. This case looks slick and is grippy enough to stay where I put it. If I were buying again I'd buy green over blue but otherwise it's great. Snaps right on, easy to keep clean (but makes it harder to clean around the lenses.

After the original review (below) was posted, Pitaka customer service reached out and offered me their military-grade protective case, which has been great, and I would probably go 4-5 stars on that. I’m standing by my original review, but will bump this up to 4 stars for Pitaka’s customer service.——-I want to love this case. It's thin, light, and feels fantastic in the hand - the weaved fibers feel almost leather-like. What perplexes me about it though is how poorly it works with screen protectors. Every single screen protector that I have tried in combination with this case has cracked and broken at the edge. One would think that the makers (Pitaka) would understand that folks who use a minimally protective case like this are those who are trying to prevent minor scratches and dings on their device and would also have a screen protector installed. I am exceedingly careful with my devices and still have had multiple screen protectors break while using this case. Never had that problem with another case. Wouldn't recommend.
