I am not sure what all the bad reviews are about? It clearly shows this watch is a renewed item, and of course the package was opened. I rather take a non-Samsung wristband than a Samsung completely worn wristband. I ordered the watch without the battery charger, but it came with a charger. I wasn’t able to setup this watch yet because it’s still charging but so far, my first impression, this watch is in excellent condition. There is not a single scratch on this watch. It looks like a brand new watch. I will adjust my review after I completed the setup.Update. It literally took 2 days, each time around 4 hrs of troubleshooting to get this watch working and linked to the phone. Samsung or our mobile provider were unable to fix the issue. Today, a Samsungs tech guy finally came up with an out of box solution. Not really sure if all this hassle actually was worth it. However, we are keeping the watch and hope for the best. It’s a beautiful watch, so I’m keeping the 5-star review.

I love this watch! It's built heavy duty for sure. I've gotten a few scuffs on it from using it constantly but it works really well for tracking my sleep, steps, and some other health features. The battery lasts about 3 days before needing to be recharged so it's decent. Overall, if I had to buy this watch again, I would and probably won't go back to any other galaxy watches except the ultra version now.

Ordered grey was delivered white with white band. They were very accommodative for a return. I wanted the orange band and am OK with the white watch trim. They sent me an orange band and a 2nd charging cable with the charger. Very happy with this merchant and quick correction.

Been using this device for a few days now and comparing it to my old Fitbit. It's fairly large and thick and took a bit to get use to. I wasn't sure I'd keep it because of that but it's gotten ok now. The statistics it keeps seem to be pretty much spot on with the Fitbit that I've had for a couple years. It's nice that you can install apps, I play golf and my golf app has a watch version. Nice to not have to drag my phone out of the cart holder to get ranges and track shots and scores. Main complaint, the charger that came with it is garbage. Maybe it's just mine but it doesn't stick well and only charges about 10 minutes and stops. Ended up buy a new wireless charging dock that supports the watch and it works great.

Love this watch. Have had last 2 series and this is so much better. It does so much. The easy 1 button band changing might be my favorite.

I am not a health nut, or even that active for that matter. I get along okay.I decided to take a new journey and clean up my health. At that exact same time this watch was on sale and I had been contemplating this or a Fitbit.I'm so very happy I went with this watch. With my Galaxy phone, and this watch, I can monitor all aspect of data that helped me start losing weight.Could I have done that with a Fitbit, probably. But the extras about this watch make it stand out. The maps feature is really fun when going on hikes. The auto monitoring for activity's helps me track my info.bThe sleep monitor and easy of connection, just makes this watch work. That's what I wanted, something that does everything that I need to get my journey on the right track. The heart rate monitor is quite accurate as well.The amount of band options are huge too. I replace the orange silicon band with a gold magnetic band, and it holds really well. The screen is bright and responsive.I also really enjoy the battery life. If you have everything turned on, it lasts about a day. If you turn everything to monitor manually, it's good for 48. With a 40w charger, takes 2 hours to top fully up from 5%.With what I paid, vs what I got, I'm definitely ahead. Even my die hard apple users like it.Also, the interchangeable information displays are great too. I can make it data heavy, or only have the time. The options are vast.
