he worst possible customer service is Rockwell Freezers. Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta should know how his customers are treated. I bought a glass top from Amazon. After 3 months its started to sweat on the outside till we had to put thick sheets on the floor (around it) to soak up the water. When I called customer service, I was told there was no one to service in Goa, where I reside. After some 15 calls later, I was guided to Mr. Smitesh from Belgaum, Rockwell Manager in charge of Goa. As my father and I are both senior citizens, I begged and pleaded to send someone to fix the thick ice formation that was making it impossible to open the freezer. He sent a person who made me shift the freezer to another area and then said I would have no more trouble. He then left. The next day the freezer was in the same condition. I messaged Mr. Smitesh to please change the machine, as it was only 4 months old. He sent back a message that the freezer was fine and that I should wipe my glasses.
