I could not possibly love this more...!
Okay, so full disclosure - when I first saw one of these things I thought, "The things you want to do to work out with this, you could also just use alternative surfaces like a stability ball, dining bench, or even the floor, depending on the exercise." (Also, I have regular exercise benches, so I can get a full-body workout in my gym already.) Then, of course, I was actually DOING the exercises. And the hard bench made my back ache. And the bench is relatively thin, so it felt like I was going to fall off. It was just awkward. So I saw this again and I thought - "OK NOW I see the draw!" It's comfortable. You can do sooo many things with it. And it's thicker so your whole back is covered. It doesn't feel like you're going to fall off (to me). But back to the beginning...it's comfortable. That's my main takeaway. That's my reason for getting it. And I'm SO HAPPY with it. Also, it's not as bad as I'd feared for storage. Really you can just kind of toss it anywhere. It's not like it folds flat or anything but it's not going to take up a significant footprint, either.Okay so exercises you can do with it?Strength Training: Bench press, shoulder press, tricep dips, and other exercises that target the upper body.Plyometric Exercises: Box jumps, jump-overs, step-ups, lateral step-ups, and decline or incline push-ups to develop explosive power.Lower Body Exercises: Box squats, single-leg squat (pistol) drills, and hip thrusts to target the legs and glutes.Core Exercises: Incorporate stability balls or use the bench for planks and other core-strengthening exercises. And many, many more. Really the only limit is your imagination. But my main thing is that it's comfortable. I have other things I can do those exercises on. But my bones ache on the harder benches. This is soft enough for the exercise itself to be the only reason I hurt - not the bench! It's covered in a Polypropylene (sort of almost like a cross between faux leather and vinyl) covering with zippers for removal. Now - to clean these you really just wipe them, so your main thing for removal would likely be to replace the cover. Hopefully you can find a cover this size if you need to replace it eventually. I don't think (barring disaster) you should have to replace it anytime soon after you get it. It looks like it will last awhile to me.The sewing on the cover is good if you ask me. I found *one* area that had a slight curve in the stitching, but they got back on track pretty quickly and it's not really visible. I'm fine with it. It's durable. And it looks GOOD.Overall I'm SO pleased with this! I love the comfort. I love the durability. I love the quality. And I LOVE the look. It doesn't take up a huge amount of space, and it makes my exercising easier. THAT sells it to me. Highly recommend!

Great little workout bench (w/ measurements!)
I am obsessed! I've just started to really get into working out, trying all the different things to see what I like and works for my body right now. I kept hearing about hip thrusts, but the best I could manage at home was a glute bridge. This little bench has enabled me to do hip thrusts and start tricep dips, too!For how light this is, you could think an adult would crush it, but its really sturdy! I'm 5'7", currently weighing about 200lb (and going down!). I was sure I would crush the edge when doing tricep dips, and I thought I did, but the edge is just slightly squishy and it rebounds beautifully. This bench is very comfortable, compared to a weight bench for hip thrusts, etc. where you place your back on the the long side of the bench, and I appreciate that it is closer to the floor for when I'm done and I just want to fall down. The one thing I really wanted to see, from the company or another reviewer, were the dimensions of this bench. People kept saying it was smaller than they expected, but how small? I am here to help! These are approximate measurements just because the corners are rounded and the bench has an angle on one side.Length - 25.5inHeight - 11.5inDepth of top - 13.5inDepth of bottom - 15.5inThe only reason I take off a star is because, for the price, this should really include something to make it grippy on the bottom. I place this on my yoga mat to give it something to hold on to, and, even then, it will still slide a little bit if I'm not putting weight on top of it.

Works great!
A bit overpriced but it’s exactly what it says it is. Great for working out. Not too heavy

Really handy.
So, I will say, that taking this thing out of the box was a bit of an interesting experience, because I thought it would be larger than it was. I would like to say this was my fault because I didn't read the dimensions of the training bench, but in truth, there were no dimensions and still are not at the time of review, – listed on the Amazon page. So it goes. Since getting this there are now more reviews so you can get a sense of the size and whether it will work for you.Aside from this perhaps minor surprise, this bench has been absolutely fantastic for both myself and my wife, and we weigh very different amounts! I've been using this for step ups and step downs, and my wife has been using this for hip thrusts. It has been excellent in both cases. I really appreciate that it's very light and easy to move around using the handle, and also very easy to wipe down if you should sweat all over it. The surface is firm yet soft, so it is not hard on your feet or your back, but it's still very supportive and there's no sense of it giving way under your weight.Overall, excellent.4.5 out of 5.

Great for some things, on other things you'll want to pass
I'm currently doing physical therapy on my knee, and I had hoped to us this Multi-functional hip and glute bench for my PT exercises (primarily jumping). Unfortunately, this bench is just a tad too narrow to handle box jumps or fast step-ups as the bench tends to roll with the user's fast momentum. That said, this bench is great for rows, aiding in bridges, and raised push-ups. The foam core is pretty solid and I hardly notice any give to it under my 170 lb body weight.
