A friend told me about these stickers for knee pain..I did not think they would work..but I got some ..they stick well..they smell lovely and guess what they work ..knee pain goes..

Very effective, gets blood to the surface , however after a while it gets that hot its unbearable

Upto now these patches have made no difference to my knee pain if this changes I'll write another review.

Although I haven't felt any heat, for the first time in years my pain has subsided enough to get up and down a lot easier, it has a pleasant smell to it and it seems to be sticking well although can't comment on the stickiness until used further.All in all for the price an absolute bargain although when opened they were loose in the pouch so might be better to transfer them into zip lock bags.

I used these before and they really work. They're not a cure but you get instant relief. They are definitely value for money and delivery was quick. I would recommend.

These are good, I don't buy them for the aromatic benefit of them, I stick one on one side of my knee and pull it over the top of the knee to pull the knee in, if that makes sense. It seems to do the trick for me anyway. I sometimes put one on each side of the knee and then over the top if my knee is particularly painful. These are a bit thin, if they were a bit thicker I would give 5*. They often stay on a couple of days even through showering until they start to peel off.

Not worked for pain relief ,as skin got red and very very itchy for a while so not going to use this product. Was recommended by a friend to use for pain of arthritis .

Would like patches to heat up more to ease pain in knees, back & shoulder
