Kids Pilot Uniform Boys Airline Captain Costume for Halloween Cosplay Birthday Party Gifts

Got this for my son who is obsessed with airplanes and wanted to be an air pilot for Halloween and dressing up around the house. He absolutely loves this costume.

My only issue with this is the hat. It came with a rip in the back, so it won't sit right on my daughters head. The plastic ring that goes around the inside of the top of the hat, is coming out of the area it's supposed to be in, which makes the hat look like it's standing up and perfectly round on top. Other than that, this is perfect. It fits great. My daughter is 6, 50 inches tall, 40lbs. I order the size 5-6 and it fits great. The pants stay up, they have elastic around the waist. The legs a little long, but can be folded. The jacket fits great over a shirt and is comfortable.Even with the small issue with the hat (it still looks OK and fits), this is a great costume.

I bought this for my grandson for Halloween. He looked so adorable in this. The compliments just kept coming.

Overall this costume is OK. The fit is as expected. The double-breasted jacket is fully functional, none of the buttons are decorative. However, the hat was very poorly put together. The brim was attached cocked to the side of the hat so it doesn't sit straight, and the emblem was sewn off to the side. I don't even want to use the hat but my son doesn't want to have an incomplete costume for Halloween

This is a very well made , very realistic pilot costume. It has every detail! True to size as well. Good value for your money

We selected this pilot costume in size 3-4 years, and have a few thoughts we would like to share. The coat and slacks were quite wrinkled when we pulled them out of the shipping bag; the polyester fabric reminds us of the material graduation gowns are made of. After machine washing the uniform in cold water and line drying it, the outfit was still wrinkled. What did work was running a steam iron over it using a press cloth between the iron and uniform. Now the outfit looks "sharp"! The hat has an adjustable band, and we hope to get is shaped up a little better before Halloween. The elasticized waist of the slacks works well for a preschooler, but the little pilot may need help with the buttons on the coat. We like that the outfit is a little roomy, just in case the child needs to wear layers under the costume for a chilly Halloween. For a costume, we think the quality is very good, if you iron the outfit.

This is the 3rd pilot costume that I got from Amazon because of the sizing, they were all too small and I went by the size chart. This costume however fits. My son is only 10 but I went up in size to be on the safe side. This room allows for me to put thermals on underneath and he'd still be comfortable. It is a bit thin but it's a costume so that's to be expected. I am satisfied with this pilots costume and would recommend.
