Sometimes I feel uncertain about health claims for supplements, but so many different sources have advocated this as a good all-round health boost, I thought I'd give it a go. Also if we take statins they deplete our Q 10 and we MUST take it .All literature supports that.The most I would ever give is 200 per day and this is 400 but it is stored in our bodies so you could easily take this every other day and have lots of Q 10..IIt is capsules, easy to take and seems good but I would like more assurance that it really is made entirely in the UK.This seem great to me and it is easy to stretch it out so that it is amazing value.100 mg per day of Q 10 is what I would use for most people so this could be taken a few a week.
