Good product
This is an effective varnish remover. I used to use another product from a well known company but this is much better. It seems to take off the old varnish a layer at a time. This enabled me me to completely renovate a kitchen window frame. This saved me around £300 and a lot of disruption in window replacement. Recommended.

Works well.
Much pleasenter smell than some paint stripper and doesn't hurt your hands either.I followed instructions and it worked well.

Unbelievably good!
Rough up the paint a little, apply this, wait for the paint to bubble up and simply scrape off. Very satisfying!

No better than any other paint stripper
Still need plenty of elbow grease for sanding to follow it might as well get something cheaper.

Very good stripper
The post is stripped, which originally was stained, varnished and then painted white. Came away very easily. Still got stairs and rail but they will be easier as just stained and varnish. The fumes are not that bad but after an hour you will need to move away for a bit (well I found that to be the case)The company that supplied this product is so good with packaging, very secure and never leaking - very pleased

This doesn't make it easy - it just makes it easier!
Never stripped paint before but had to strip down about 50years and 5 coats of undercoat, gloss, eggshell and satinwood from my stairs when it got chipped down to the wood. Tried sanding it but that just made a mess so got a tin of Paint Panther.Where I had sanded peeled quicker than areas I hadn't touched but I found that the most effective way to do this was to score the surface all over and in different directions. I then used a soft paintbrush to coat the surface. After a couple of minutes, the bubbles started to form and that is when I used a stiffer brush to add more product and get it into the lines formed by the scoring. This forces the product down and under the layers helping to lift them.I tried removing the melted paint while still wet but this was really really messy so I left it to dry and removed it then. It took three applications to remove it all with some scraping and washing in between along with a lot of hoovering but it all came off in the end.Paint stripping is not the easiest of things to do - it is messy and time-consuming but this product makes it as easy as it can be. I love that it doesn't smell and washes easily out of brushes and cloths with water.

It works!
Used to strip clear varnish from bannisters. Paint on, leave for 10-15 mins, scrape off then give it a sand with sandpaper or wire wool. Made a long, tedious job slightly quicker! Has the consistency of wallpaper paste, no issues with dripping etc
