Always good I buy a lot regularly
Good quality, tastes fresh and fruity, not metallic like a lot of iron. Doesn't constipate. Maintains my energy levels, so I think that it must be effective.

My dentist said I might need more iron in my diet. So I looked into a natural iron and found this product. It's great that you get two bottles and a fair price. Its tastes like iron in fruit juice, but I dont mind the taste you get used to it. It boosted my immune system too.

Perfect item , just misleading quantity
I have been using this item for over 10yrs and always without fail gives my body the iron boost I need. I would have given 5 star but was a little disappointed to be sent one 500ml bottle instead of the 250ml 2 bottle pack listed in the description. Luckily it was for me only and I wasn't purchasing with a friend.
