Half baked installation from Airtel
After multiple calls the Airtel guy came to installation with set top box only. He used old tata sky dish and lnb receiver from old dish tv. Got 4000 in account as promised. Airtel guy used 289 out of that to activate connection. The seller is good but Airtel service is horrible.

Unable to Mark More than 15 Channels as favorite. Everytime need to activate different viewer to view favorite channel.

Airtel dth customer service bad
Airtel dth and delivery was good but the Airtel customer service was worst.. they choose the pack according to their preference. I said I want to recharge SD pack but they said no since I ordered online only HD pack is applicable... It's my wish to choose... AIRTEL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
