I almost never write product reviews, but I was so impressed with this chair that I felt compelled to share. I have been on the quest to find the perfect office chair since my job went remote and I now work from home. I'm 6'1", 350lb and I've been through six different chairs since 2020, and none of them hold a candle to this one. Assembly was straight forward and took maybe 20 minutes with well-written instructions. Assembly tool is included and worked well-it's an Allen tool with a T handle, which is so much easier to work with than the regular Allen keys you normally get with things that need assembly. This chair's seat area is wide and allows a big guy to sit really comfortably. The seat is soft but also firm enough that you don't develop that feeling of sitting on a wood bench after a few hours. The back is also wide and the perfect height for resting your head back against every once in a while. The inflatable lumbar support is awesome, and the pump and tubing stow away conveniently in a pocket on the back of the chair. There are only two selections for recline - 90 degrees locked in, and rocker. The rocker function has the standard resistance adjustment, which works very well. If there was one recommendation I would make, it would be that the recline function have a lock at different angles. What I think I like the most about this chair is the arm rests. They fold completely back and out of the way allowing you to stow this chair right up and under your desk. Also, when down they are the perfect height for most desks and elevate your forearms just slightly above the desk surface and ergonomically places your hands right at mouse/keyboard height if the chair is in the lowest elevation setting, which happens to be perfect for me. The arm rests are elevated from the seating surface and attached to the back of the chair and do not make you feel like you are sitting in an airline seat by compressing into your thighs like some chairs do. I find that the hydraulic cylinders which provide height adjustment for office chairs usually fail over time, ultimately leaving you in the lowest setting, so I've been searching for a chair that is the perfect height to keep my thighs/calves at a 90-degree angle with feet flat on the floor while the cylinder is all the way down anyway. This chair is perfect for that, at least for my height and leg length. Totally worth the investment. If you're a big guy looking for a really comfortable office chair, I'd definitely consider this one.

I recently purchased this office chair, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The chair is incredibly comfortable and spacious, making it perfect for long hours of work. The assembly process took a bit of time but was straightforward and not difficult at all.After using it for three weeks, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic chair. The wheels glide smoothly, making it easy to move around, and the chair is large enough to curl up on during breaks, which adds an extra layer of comfort. The ergonomic design provides excellent support, greatly improving my daily work experience. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this chair and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable office chair.

There's quite a bit of assembly required, but the instructions are clear and the equipment/screws come all packaged very nicely (even comes with some extras!). Each piece was wrapped in plastic/padding nd protected from scratches and damage. Careful lifting the box as it's pretty heavy! Best to get it into the room you want before putting it together.The chair itself feels amazing! The covering is like a microfiber feel and is very soft. The chair has a lot of functionality features you typically see (raise up and down, armrest adjustment, lean back, etc.) and one I have never seen before: the ability to pump up a lower back support pillow with an air pump. Chair is super solid when assembled and feels great to sit in and roll around. Fits well in my office and great value. Highly recommend!

Chair was bought as a gift for my boyfriend (big sexy gamer 6'2" 300ish lbs.)I have just put it together. To me it's spacious and comfortable 5'3" 150ish lbs. Will have to update when he gets home and tries it out..Fabric wasn't what I expected, it's very soft like microfiber/fleece, I do worry it will make him sweat. I opted for fabric over leather for this reason.I followed directions to a T and once arms were connected to back rest.. I was sad to see one side didn't connect the same. I had hoped once tightening from 70% to 100% it would line up correctly.. it did not. There is a gap between back rest and seat, not sure how much it will effect the function.. as of right now I'm kind of just let down and my ocd is annoyed. But I'm trying to be hopeful I made a good purchase.. I just hope he likes it and it doesn't break down quickly...It was packaged very well, directions were clear, assembly was easy, and it showed up sooner than expected.Will update my review once I've gathered more data and feedback from it's new owner...Update. He loves the chair. Said it's comfortable and sturdy. The armrests are perfect. Fabric can be kind of hot, fortunately he has a fan blowing on his jewels under his desk. I gave it another star due to his enjoyment of the chair.

Very comfortable, Arms lifting up is very helpful for getting in and out in close quarters. Rolls nice on roller wheels.Very strong frame. Good back height. Well worth the money.

Extremely comfortable chair with a multitude of adjustments available. However, when "they" say Big and Tall," they mean it. I'm 5 foot 9 inches, and when seated, the chair back is still a little over an inch above my head. The seat is deep and wide, and although extremely adjustable, the chair arms are a bit higher (at their lowest setting) for my exact comfort. I feel somewhat like Lily Tomlin in her Big Chair in the old Smothers Brothers comedy show. Very useable though, and comfortable. Sturdy, solid, and the wheels are great. The brown color though runs a bit on the grey side. Not as light colored as my monitored showed the color to be. Knowing what I know now, I would still purchase this chair again, and have no hesitancy in recommending it to others.
