Breathing Exercise Trainers Adjustable and Portable Easy to Clean for Daily,Fitness & Sport Green

This item is an adjustable breathing exercise trainer. There are the In and Out dials used to adjust the strength settings, It has two mouthpieces to choose from, a biting down for activity based usage that can be hands free and a suction nozzle version which can be used anywhere at anytime. Included is a nose clip to help those who can't stop breathing through the nose when using the device. There are instructions that clearly explain how to use this device. The device is compact and easy to clean. I installed the associated app on my iphone and it worked as expected. It's a work along app for the device, so don't look to pair it. I find that this is a very helpful setup and device to train and improve the health of my lungs and to have better control over my breathing. The price point is reasonable. Overall, this is a solid tool that works well, is easy to use and really helps improve your breathing control and lung health. I am pleased with it.

The device works well and since I've been reading a lot about different breathing methods, this came along at the perfect time. It's designed well and extremely easy to use.We did not like the app. It's difficult to use and since the device doesn't sync with it at all, it really just guides you. You could find the same information in a guided video online.Overall we give it a 4/5 star rating and would recommend the device but not the app.

This is the first time ever using a breathing exerciser. It is very comfortable use. It is has the ability to adjust both breathing in and exhaling resistance. I also like the fact that it can hook up to an app to help better provide exercises.

This has settings that can go beyond the difficulty levels available on the Breather device, which is why i kept this instead of returning. The app is very sketchy, third-party, phone warned me of malware and not to download it, but i did anyways and the app does not work. None of the features advertised are actually there in the app, it's just blank, and there is no bluetooth connectivity or any electronic components in this device it's just a basic rubber/plastic breathing trainer and you'll have to find your own breathing exercise videos online to use it with.

I bought this device due to the fact that it was mentioned an app that can help. In goolge store this app does not exist. (I tried to download the app on a Samsung S21 phone, Android). Using QR code in rhe instruction, i downloaded the app, but when I was trying to install,the phone system removed immediately, as considerd harmful.The devixe is very small,, and it is very hard to keep it i the mouth (with lips) because the bitting area is small, with small edges. Very easily you blow it away, during exhaletion.

I was actually surprised by the smaller size of this breath trainer. It is roughly 3" tall and 2.5" wide. Nice muted green color. The knobs turn easily. There are two different mouthpieces so I can find the most comfortable fit for my activity level. I do not use the trainer while exercising but do prefer the mouthpiece I can bite down on. I feel it provides more stability. Slipping becomes one less thing to think about. I love that a nose clip is included. It's nice to have on hand. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. They include instructions for use, cleaning, precautions, and several different breathing exercises to try. The app is available on both Android and Apple. There's a QR code to find it faster. The app is easy to navigate. I have tried several breath trainers now and this is one of the best. The fact that it has a corresponding app just takes it to the next level and elevates it way above the others. So glad I ordered this trainer. It's awesome!

This is a very good breath trainer. I love how compact it is and appreciate that it comes with two different mouthpieces. I personally prefer the non-bite mouthpiece. This is the first breath trainer I've tried that has that option. It has adjustable resistance that is controlled by a dial. Unlike some other trainers, this one has each level of resistance marked so it's easier to keep track of your progress. The resistance for inhalation and exhalation are controlled separately and works very smoothly. My breath trainer was missing the nose clip but it really isn't necessary, so It didn't affect my rating.This includes a link to a breathing app although it's optional. I did download the app and try it. It works well. The app has four different breathing patterns plus the option to add your own breathing patterns.There are a lot of breath training devices out thee. Many are very similar. This one is is a much more more refined version. It just feel like it's higher quality are works very smoothly.

-I found this breathing trainer to be a really interesting and also a little eye opening. I’ve never used anything like this before and was surprised how difficult the breathing exercises were to do even on the lower settings.-That being said, the steps to using the device are super simple. You can choose between the biting piece or the piece without the bite. I prefer the one with the bite because it just feels more secure. It also comes with a nose clip that works really well. The nose clip seemed silly to me at first until I realized I needed it since I couldn’t help breathing out of my nose. Then you just use the knobs to set your in and out levels and do some breathing exercises.-You can also easily use this without ever looking at the app. It’s not necessary and there are several exercises listed and explained in the manual.- It’s also easy to clean the mouthpieces with warm water and soap. It does say they shouldn’t be put in the dishwasher, though.
