BioFreeze helps me release my pain
I tried BioFreeze Ultraflex for the first time after I saw the advertisement. After I put on the patch, I felt warm on the spot where I placed the patch, and, shortly after that, I felt the release of my pain. I will order more for sure.

Amazing Product
Amazing product! I put on the patch on during a workout and it stayed on my back the entire time while providing me pain relief. 10/10 would recommend!

Helpful patches for pain relief
These lidocaine patches from Biofreeze are pretty decent if you're looking for something to help with pain. They're easy to apply to the skin and you can feel relief within 20-30 minutes. In my experience, though, the pain relief doesn't last for 8 hours, which is a little disappointing. That said, when you're done with it, you can pull it off without any pain, discomfort, or residue left on your skin.These are a good option if your pain tends to be fairly localized to a specific place in your body. I realized that these patches aren't quite the right solution for me, as my pain often extends beyond the size of the patch, so I never quite get full relief. I think I'd likely benefit more from cream-based products, which I see Biofreeze also has.The only other major complaint I had about these was that it's frustrating that it requires scissors in order to open the silver foil packaging. I'm not sure if this is a regulation due to the lidocaine, a protective measure against people stealing patches in stores, or what, but it's irritating to need to track down scissors to open it instead of it having a tab that I can rip open. The first time I used these, I was laying in bed with the package on my nightstand, when I realized I was going to have to get out of bed and get scissors in order to open it. Not the biggest deal in the world, but definitely mildly annoying.

Don’t waste your money, VERY poor adhesion
Great patches! They work well and have excellent adhesion! They won’t come off like the cheap icy hot patches!

Worth trying for mild and temporary pain relief.
They are not a magic bullet, and they are rather expensive. A big negative me is that they advise to not take other pain meds like Advil or Tylenol when using a patch, nor can you use heat. In my experience, with a painful injury that is fairly localized to a small area, they can help take the edge off, but only for a short time, and definitely NOT the 8 hours they claim. But everyone experiences pain and pain relief differently, and I believe it’s worth trying.

No thank you
I purchased this product hoping it would help relief from my lower back pain, which has been a persistent issue for me, especially after a recent car accident. Unfortunately, I have not experienced any relief at all. I’m quite disappointed, as I expected more effective results. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth the investment. I'll stick with tiger balm or the original one.
