Delicious with no negative reaction for a coeliac
Delicious, and unlike some other appparently gluten free buckwheat flakes, as a Coeliac I have no reaction to these at all. Makes excellent porridge, and as long as they are soaked a while, also perfectly pleasant uncooked.

Arrived in sealed plastic package. Confirms Gluten free but also cautions "packed in a factory that also handles nuts, soya, seasame, eggs, milk, mustard & celery." Looks good, cooks well & no negative reactions.Would use again.

Great Gluten Free Buckwheat Flakes
