Can I return the topper if I don't like it?

Just go to Lowe’s or home depot and get a “suitcase” box. They are like 24x24x40. Around $25 each.

Have read that latex needs a full cover to prevent deterioration. Does this come with such a cover?

A cover was not included in my topper, and despite it being made of latex free of “synthetic fillers”, I had to spend the extra $60 to purchase the corresponding cover separately from this company in hope that it would prevent my $300 3” latex topper from Sleep on Latex from further deterioration. The company claims a latex cover is only essential for cheaper synthetic latex blends marketed by their competitors and that their pure latex toppers won’t deteriorate without a cover in comparison, but this is simply not true. I’ve only had my topper for about a year and I’m a petite woman at 110 pounds and just under five foot three inches tall, an adult sleeping on my topper and using it normally without any pet or kid abuse to cause my latex topper to begin deteriorating within a year of first use. There is a comparable 100% natural latex topper seller on Amazon selling theirs with the appropriately sized cover included in their purchase price which as of 3/26/22 when I did a product and price comparison would cost me only $15 more for a new topper identical to the one I have and it comes with the cover for the minimal extra cost while a new purchase of my identical latex topper from Sleep on Latex would cost $44 beyond the total price of the comparable topper’s $15 higher list price if one shells out the $59 cover necessary in my experience to go with it and not have the latex begin breaking down within the first 12 months.

Question 3

Can this topper be placed on top of an existing mattress? I see several who mentioned having to remove a layer from their existing mattress??

Another customer answered and said that some people may need to remove a layer of their mattress so their sheets fit better, and that is certainly true in some cases. I've also heard from customers who removed the memory foam layer on their mattress because they don't like the way that memory foam feels. It really depends on your individual situation! Question 4

I'm 6 ft & 230 lbs side sleeper . Do you think this would be firm enough for me. I need a very firm topper to avoid  sinking, advise if this isn't

Thanks for the interest!  Side sleepers typically prefer a softer sleeping surface, regardless of size and weight.  Also, please be aware that making a mattress firmer is trickier than making a mattress softer.   That being said, if you are trying to firm up the mattress, the thicker and firmer the topper, the better the chance of successfully firming up the mattress.  We have many customers that buy for this purpose and find that a 2" or 3" firm topper works well for them.
