Q: what is the carbohydrates percentage in this product ?

Q: Is this product aproved by the aafoc?

I do not know. I have been using this food for many years. My last cat had food allergies and had to have the highest quality food (no animal by-products). He was very happy with this food and did not have any reactions. Currently, my 2 cats love this food as well. Good Luck.

Q: Why does this product contain Taurine?

All cat food must have taurine in it. Cats need taurine to live healthy lives. Cats with deficiencies in taurine can get very sick so it's cruel to not provide them with this vital ingredient.

Q: how long would this bag last you?

It depends on weight of cat and if you will be feeding it just dry or with can food. My cat is 16 pounds and eats this dry food 1/2 cup a day with 1 can 3 ounce wet a day.
