Just like a conditioner in five minutes

Q: How i used , is not instructions in english, i leave the treatment or i need washed?

I always wash it out, after leaving it on for a little bit

Q: How often should this be used?

Depending on your hair type this can be used every day. I have naturally wavy/curly hair so i use it every day. The bottle recommends 2 to 3 time a week for most hair types though. If you have straighter hair start with that and go from there. The shampoo is also great and is an everyday shampoo. Hope this helps.

Q: Would this straighten wavy or frizzy hair?

This doesnt straighten our hair (i have wave/curly hair) but it does help the relax the hair. Also provide and seals in much needed moisture.
