I'd previously had a mirror that attached to my glasses. It had a small view, was hard to adjust, easy to knock out of alignment, and hard to see when riding into the sun. This one was easy to install, is very steady, holds its alignment well, and gives a large view. I was afraid it would vibrate a lot, but it is very steady.

The position of the mirror and the handlebar insert have been stable while riding my road bike on rural road. Mirror provides good view.

The image in mirror should be smaller, like those on the passenger side of your car to capture a Larger Area. The image in this mirror is true to size and clear, but unless you're a contortionist on the bike seat, you'll likely not be able to adequately get the angle needed to grasp whats behind you easily during normal riding, regardless of how you adjust it.... (Juss bein real here)

I was so happy to see this mirror fully assembled when I opened the box. The only "work" necessary was to tighten the bolt expanding the plug in the handlebar, and to slightly loosen the mirror bolt to make it adjustable.I've had to put so many bar end mirrors together with multiple loose pieces that escape while you try to fit it into the handlebar. This one didn't even have the spacer that is never needed. This is my favorite so far. I'll buy it again for future bikes.

the clarity of the image is superb

The mirror breaks off of the mount and can't be repaired without losing the swivel action.I've had two. One broke off due to wind while transporting on a bike rack. The second broke off simply byt hitting a bump in the road.Aside from that, it's a great mirror but I need one that does not break so easy.

It's a great mirror, glass is crystal clear, large enough to see rear traffic but do not drop your bike, or hit anything! The plastic pivot is fragile and will snap off quite easily. I"m trying to super glue it back on, but I doubt it will hold up to any vibration. Forced to look for a different mirror.

This bar-end mirror is robust. All of the other mirrors tended to move from bumps, but this one has a better build and came tensioned perfectly. It's easy to adjust but has yet to move on its own from bumps in the road. I got the glass lens and the image is great. Great price for a mirror that works as it should. (Lots of "Greats" thus the 5 stars.)
