These work great and are much less expensive than buying from local hearing aid specialist that sells the same item for much more expensive price. I change my domes out every few months due to discoloration, but they still work fine for a long time. They fit like a glove on my Siemens Pure Hearing Aids.

This is the standard brand name replacement domes. They fit well and work as designed. They are soft plastic and feel nice in the ear.

These were exactly like the ones supplied by my ear doctor and are much cheaper! You just have to decide which size works for you.

I have been testing the different styles & ordered this item with expedited shipping. USPS apparently lost the shipment. Contacted the seller & they offered to replace the order & refund the purchase price & the shipping. Good deal!The domes aren't bad either, but I can't decide which I prefer, open or closed. They appear to be exactly the same as originally supplied with the hearing aids. I know where I'll be getting replacements in the future- Nerds Of Technology.

These are a perfect replacement for the ones on my Siemens hearing aids. After only 6 years my audiology center was no longer able to get me spare parts and wanted me to get new hearing aids. I walked out and bought these for a fraction of what my doctor was charging. Needless to say I will be getting all my parts on line.

I was previously familiar with a brand of Hearing Aids that used a Dome that is very soft, easy to clean and fairly inexpensive. Conversely, the Siemens Click Domes have a hard plastic center that clogs much more quickly than a totally soft dome and are also much more difficult to clean. The only advantage I can see with the Siemens Click Domes is that they are very secure and will not detach from the hearing aid when being removed from the ear, a problem that I really did not have with the totally soft domes. I also found the Click Domes to be considerably more costly than the soft domes. Because of the cost, it would be totally out of the question to simply discard Click Domes if they clog. The Click Domes apparently are a proprietary product for Siemens and, to my knowledge cannot be substituted for a different product or type. I would rate the function and comfort of the soft domes and the Click Domes to be comparable.The product purchased was exactly as advertised, works well for the hearing aids I have and was shipped quickly. AAA-1 seller.

Fit my Miracle ear aids. Require a little more effort to remove & install than the original but seem to work fine. Thanks to the removal tool card, I'm now able to remove ear buds to soak overnight in alcohol to clean them. Miracle ear told me I couldn't remove & re-install them!

Can't say much because this is a very simple product. But the vendor delivered my purchase quickly and with a quality Siemens product in the original container. I'll be back when I need more. Can't beat a quality product, good service and low price.

J'ai pu changer mes dômes pour mes appareils auditifs de marque Siemens sans problème. Il faut juste avoir le petit cout de mains la première fois car l'objet est petit il est donc nécessaire de procéder avec beaucoup de précautions. Et pour ceux que ça intéresse, ce type de dôme est parfaitement adapté pour le modèle auditif : Signia Pure 5 Nx Siemens.

Exactly as issued by my clinic, reasonably priced as the clinic are always reluctant to give to many away and I prefer to change more often. By the time you have added the journey cost, parking at the hospital these cost very little more. Even witht he cost of postage these days you save the NHS more than you save yourself in the long run.
