Showing picture three type of usb and conversion pins but received missing center showing parallel pin. Requested replacement but no response.

Cheap quality product. The parts itself is missing from the package, really awfull response from the seller. This would only reduce the number of customers for the seller and as other comments say, will have a bad image. Excepting a quick change or replacement of the product.
